Decent variety on the menu. The sandwich I offered took a bit for them to make, but if tasted great. No complaints from my companions who got a personal pan pizza and a plate of spaghetti. The place didn't look open from the outside, but we smelled the pizza so knew something was cooking. Not a lot of in-person diners, but plenty of drive up pickup. Nice place with a young crew.

Last 15 times I've tried to get food they've called back to cancel the order because they advertise delivery but don't in Damascus or Saltville VA.

Absolutely the worst restaurant around. I received 2 burnt pizzas, an undercooked pizza, and rude customer service...All in one visit. I spoke with a manager who claimed to be the owner. He promised to give a refund for the food. Never happened. He also never had the courtesy to call back. I do not recommend Pizza Plus in Saltville.

Ordered $60 worth of food. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Every bit of it was cold. The grilled chicken on the salad wasn’t cooked and there were tomatoes. I’m allergic to them so I specifically said no tomatoes

Got my order wrong And then refused to fix it even though I was willing to return the messed up pizza and they forgot my drink all together. Order was. Double pepperoni and bacon pan crust Medium cheese stick with sausage.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON’T EVEN GIVE THEM A CHANCE. After numerous wrong orders, I finally decided to post a review. I can’t remember the last time I ordered something from here that was correct but unfortunately, it’s one of the only places in town to eat so I go back. Tonight I ordered a submarine sub and bacon cheese fries. I got a sub with a few pieces of cubed ham instead of deli ham, which is wrong, and fries with bacon and no cheese that were barely cooked. I called to complain and they explained that they would remake the food after I brought it back for them to see. Worst place possible to eat. They’re expensive and you get disgusting food and they can’t get an order right.

Food was good, but the salad bar left something to be desired. Tables were grimy, glasses has a film in them, everything in the place felt like it was old and run down. One of those places where you go for good food but you just don't feel clean after. Needs renovations and a good cleaning. And an updated salad bar and menu. Not bad, but not great either.

I ate lunch here today and it was a delight. I ordered the $4.99 special, three pieces of pizza and a drink. The pizza was awesome. I almost regretted not getting the buffet. I didn't want to get over full and with the buffet I would eat way too much. The pizza was much better than I expected. The real jewel of my lunch was Savannah, my waitress. She was amazing. She greeted me at the door with a smile, offered her assistance and followed through by explaining all they had to offer. Savannah came by my table several times to check on me. She was always smiling, always offering her help., bringing me refills on my drink. When I realized I did not have cell service, she even made a phone call for me. As I was leaving she ask about my visit, invited me back, then helped me get my wheelchair out both doors. Savannah is definitely an asset to pizza Plus.
