Super excited to be able to eat inside again. Food was hot. Customer Service was great and I love that they have the new coke machines and your able to choose your drinks!

Not sure what changed but the last 2 times i have visited, the staff has been very friendly and orders were fresh and accurate.

Went to go through the drive thru, and literally no joke, the person in front of us was able to order but when we came up to order, the person on the other end, said, oh well our system has been down for a few minutes I don’t know how long it’s gonna take. When the person in front of us was able to order. People, if you do not want to work for fast food, don’t work in it! Every one of them needs to be fired in afternoon shift because it has gotten bad. I love going to that one but seeing the other reviews for it now, I do not want to eat at that one anymore. Their staff needs to stop being lazy as h3ll and actually work. I will probably start going back to the one in Christiansburg. Yes, I’ve noticed it takes forever to get food done there, but them actually serving their customers like their supposed to, that’s what a fast food chain is supposed to do. Not randomly say “oh, our server is down and we can’t take orders”, when I know that the person in front of us literally ordered through the drive thru. Also they do not take 100$ bills

Only come to this Wendy's if you want long wait times, incorrect orders, and rude customer service. Look I understand that there's a staffing shortage right now, but this is just ridiculous. I go to Wendy's a lot (more often than I should) and every single time the employees are rude. I understand that you can't always have a smile after a busy but you have to talk to people anyways, the least you can do is say hello. Not only that but you don't need to bark the order total out the window so rudely. On top of that I don't think there's a single time this Wendy's hasn't messed up some part of the order. Either messing it up in the process of ordering or somewhere along the way. Always items missing, incorrect items, half filled fries, cold food, and having to go back through the drive through or trying to contact their impossible to reach customer service. I understand it's only fast food but I've quite frankly gotten better service at 7/11 and two in the morning from a stoned college student. Either train your people better, get more people, or close down this location and move the employment to other Wendy's. Because this store really ain't worth the trouble.

The staff was unprofessional. The young guy at the window was more concerned about having the other workers fill his own order... because.. "I havn't eaten since I got up this morning, and I'm not leaving here hungry!" Instead of getting my order right. I ordered a baconator combo, and got a regular double hamburger combo, which I'm sure was less expensive than what I paid for! I probably got the "hungry kid's" order! I won't be back! Plenty of other places to eat that are more concerned about their customers rather than themselves!

This Wendy’s is the worst location i’ve ever experienced. There is always a issue with this place. It’s always that the system’s down (multiple times closer to closing time), only accepting cash, then go back and it’s only accepting cards, no ice in drinks, old/cold food, missing items from the order. I mean it’s always something. DO NOT RECOMMEND. if I could give zero stars I would

Well after getting the wrong sandwich in the drive thru I walk inside get a new sandwich and it's still the wrong one you would think for an 11.00 combo they would care but nope.
