This was the most disgusting shower I've ever seen at a Loves. When I mentioned to the young lady if I could be placed in another shower because the toilet was dirty, she became offended because she cleaned it herself. She proceeded to go clean and and the photos is what it looked like afterwards. Not to mention the broken toilet seat and holes in the ceiling. Absolutely filthy and unsanitary. Taking a shower here felt like standing in a crowd of people with a cold and trying not to catch it.

This was a surprisingly great stop along the way. This place is joined with McD's however, we found that Loves had much better food choices, healthy snacks and sandwiches and tons of other things I would never think Id see at a gas station stop.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy beyond belief and super poor management. For the amount of money this place makes...unaccountable. Unacceptable. And inexcusable.

Loves isn't the problem, It's McDonald's. Great and fast service but the restaurant needs to close down for a couple of days and be cleaned throughly. From the dining room to the kitchen. The dining room ceiling is dusty. They also should install blower fans above the entrance/exit doors. The flies in there are ridiculous!

There’s definitely a problem when we pull in to a truck stop at 18:00 on a Thursday and the parking lot is this vacant. Showers are out of washcloths and from the reaction of the employee, this is a usual occurrence. Showers are absolutely filthy. Maria is a hateful human being and she very well represents the mentality of the entire store. Her manager was standing right next to her while she was yelling at me and he made no effort to remedy the situation. But there’s plenty of free parking.

This is NOT the typical Love’s gas station as we know it. Smaller facility with clean bathrooms and a McDonalds which is struggling with staffing. McDonald’s drive-thi is closed due to that.

And we would like to say thank you to the staff that are overworked and underpaid but do the best to their ability. You are under great management and the Lord Jesus Christ knows everything that you're going through and he wants to say thank you for helping him take care of the community. And we wanted to say thank you through Tyson foods Incorporated for a wonderful experience and helping us feed this great nation because of God Almighty.

Dusty, streaky, dripping with ??? Food was well stocked, noone at fuel desks constantly. Trucker/truck products and supplies spares and hard to get to with all the boxes laying around. Staff is friendly. Parking is clean, trash empty and shop staff friendly and working hard.

Clean and friendly! They have a fenced in area for your dog with benches and picnic tables. Plus a nice size grassy area to walk your dog with trash bins.

I am a trucker. Flip Flops will be worn at this one. Parking: 10 Shower: $14 Shower Height: Great if you are 5 foot 2. Shower water Temp: 10 Shower Water Pressure: 9 Hand Wand: 0 Towels: 7 Toilet Paper: John Wayne and sparse. Cleanliness: 4 Fan: Yes but dusty gross...but I will take a dusty fan versus no fan. Sink Water Temp: 2 Sink Water Pressure: -1 a trickle...not good. Coat Hangers: 3 and they are too shallow. Employee at desk: 10 He had a smile. *No towel hook at shower exit. -1 Thankful to have a shower. How to improve: Mirror in shower to shave. A bathrub with epson salt Better sink temp and pressure Remodel to get rid of dirty looking tiles. Something dripping from ceiling vent. Clean the parking lot daily.
