I ordered on the app waited in a long line screen that they were out of everything I ordered. So I asked for a refund and was told that they don't know how to do that. I'm hoping for a call back sometime saying that I will get money back.

Food and service is mostly hit or miss but mostly miss. Long wait times, unfriendly staff. Always check your food through the drive-thru. I can't remember a time when my order was given to me correctly. I stopped going all together.

Super friendly staff! (The power went out for about 10 seconds and the staff remained professional and courteous. The manager immediately came out to the dinning area to apologize and then went out to all of the drive-thru customers to apologetically explain that the system needed to re-boot. She was fantastic.). The food was great - as always.

They brought the Roast Beef back!! Woohoo Then pulled it off the menu even quicker! It was a sad day when you can't decide what to sell and what people want to buy and get it WRONG! HAHA Please bring them back! Please?

This place sucks! Whenever I go to this location, I expect to sit in line for half hour. This morning people were actually backing out of drive thru. After 38 minutes in drive thru lane, I get home and my breakfast platter was without egg.

Luv Hardee's biscuits! Hadn't been here for awhile, went through the drive thru and ordered a pork chop biscuit. Took awhile to get due to staffing shortages but was worth the wait! Yummy

First, let me just say this location looks nothing like what is viewed online for this location. In 35 plus years we have never seen this location in the disgusting, nasty mess it was in and with the level of unprofessionalism witnessed today. Upon arrival, we entered the main side entrance we encountered a black extension cord across an extremely sticky, dirty nasty floor attached to an employees phone charger as she set there in the midst of a nasty dirty dining area on her phone. While there we witnessed two elderly people enter, one who caught the toe of his shoe on the cord and the other who used her cane to hold the cord down so she could walk across it. Not once did the employee whose phone was attached to the cord attempt to assist them or move the cord. The floors, counter tops, tables and chairs were all a sticky nasty mess. Trash cans were full over flowing and the bathrooms were awful! The behind the counter employees were yelling at the employees seated in the dining area then an argument ensued between them. The food was cold. And, we were told they didn't have coffee after breakfast time. The manager had zero control nor did she attempt to address any of the visible issues. All of the employees looked disheveled. We must say we were very shocked. Out of respect for this establishment and its employees we will not be posting the pictures we took. It would not do anyone any good to completely embarrass these employees. However, we will be forwarding to the corporate office. The safety issue is our main concern to be addressed. This was a very sad experience. The employees had no concern for the safety of others nor did they have any desire to clean the place up. Very sad.

The Hardee's on courthouse rd, Spotsy Va. Is the best. The toppings lettuce, onion and tomato are always fresh. The employees are all nice especially the little white women she makes me laugh. I have been going there for five years and never had a problem.
