Sunday,Aug. 7 at 10:00 went to get breakfast before leaving Spotsylvania and the cashier took our order like in a rush. At the moment of receiving the order we asked for the hashbrowns and she jumped into the conversation in a defensive way saying that we didn't asked for it. I nicely said that we did ask for combo. She started back and forth with us saying she had read the order. She was extremely rude. To that I finished saying just charge me for th hashbrowns and understand that who pays your salary are the customers that come here every day. The supervisor at the time did not address the situations like she should have done. She said you need to pay and I said no problem..bottom line she took the hashbrowns and put them in the bag and turn her back on us...like saying get out. Sadly we will not return to this McDonald's. Even the customers in line were talking and saying why is she answering back to a customers for 2 hashbrowns that they were willing to pay.... not to say that she took wrong the order. .

This is the absolute worst location in the Fredericksburg area. The service is always slow, the food is barely right, and all of the employees that are there look and act like they don’t wanna be there. Save yourself a trip and go to the one at 4 mile fork or southpoint

Fries are the best, crispy chicken sandwich was tender inside, made it mine, with tangy BBQ sauce. McCafe milk shake to cap off the meal deal.

Horrible experience. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and no one came out of the back. I had to actually yell for someone to come out and the person basically asked me to use the self service machine. I said I don't have a problem doing that but someone should've asked me to do that 10 minutes ago. Then they didn't have any tea in the container so I gave my cups to the worker to fill it up from the tea in the back and he straight up forgot about it. I had to call him and ask him where my drinks were and he was all like oh I forgot. I would not recommend it.

Asked for no cheese and extra pickles. They put extra cheese and no extra pickles. Had they been busy it would have been at least a tiny bit understandable.

I'm "homeless" now...got a QPC with ready to expire rewards points (6000)...so, free dinner. Perfect preparation, even with my modification and staff that is so polite, they must be Mormons, lmao. For real though, the manager at this location is intelligent and proud and dignified, she got that disease where they can't be lazy or apathetic...what's it called...Superman disease?

Our fries were served freshly made, piping hot with the perfect sprinkle of salt before the oil has dried! 😉🍟 That is how fries were meant to be served...right?? Our other items were cooked and served perfectly as well and the service was friendly and efficient! The only reason I didn't give this McDonald's 5 stars is because there have been several times that their ice cream machine has been down and I had to tell my precious grandson that he couldn't have his scrumptious vanilla milkshake with his Happy Meal!

This is my first time coming here but definitely my last. I just wanted to grab something to drink on my way to work, got a large orange fanta with no ice. Didn't know they would replace the ice with dead flies. They replaced my drink but I just threw it out when I got to work.

If I were to be completely honest, it's more of a 4. Some of the part-time workers hardly seem to care and look displeased about people just being there. However, all the staff members that have work there for longer are very friendly and will notice when you're having problems. The managers are, even during hectic rush hours, considerate and always ready to hear you out. The food, for a McDonald's, is always quality and I've never had any issue with hygiene or the like. Props to the area manager, he reall works hard in both in and out the kitchen. All McDonald's he works at are handled well.
