Brought my 1st gen dodge to them to get the brakes done. They had the vehicle for a couple days to do a comprehensive detailed inspection and provided me with an estimate of $700 to an absolute max of $1000. They scheduled the work for a Monday and assured me it would be finished by days end. Because they had done the detailed comprehensive inspection and knew what parts and work were needed. Long story short, their detailed comprehensive inspection and having my truck for days meant nothing. The quote was just as good as their inspection. They took a day longer than scheduled to do the work and told me they were wrong with their inspection and quote. They came at me with a bill of over $1260.00 and we settled for $1150. After getting my truck back, I instantly realized they hadn't purged, bled and adjusted the brakes properly. I called them within ten minutes of leaving, and have called two more times leaving messages in attempt to get the job finished "CORRECTLY & COMPLETELY " and still haven't heard anything from them. Shane at the front desk was great and took care of us. Took vehicle in for synthetic oil change and the mechanic went the extra mile and went beyond just the oil change to make sure everything else was in good shape too. Terrible experience worst service I've had in my life over charged and the vehicle was never fixed. wrong diagnosis. Aaron doesn't communicate, couldn't find a wiring harness they sell at the dealership that they had in stock. Told me he had to order it from a special shop for around 800$ I believe when part costs 250 new. Quoted 1600$ injector harness replacement which was double any other shop quoted and wasn't not the problem just a problem your shop created by braking tabs on connectors. All data shows just under 2 hr. While your shop says 8-9hr job. I replaced in your parking lot after hrs in a hr n half. Shop should be shut down. Could do a better job communicating and doing the work myself in the Walmart parking lot with better reviews. Did I mention the bad communication 0 stars Services: Electrical repair, Battery

I had somework done on my truck. They told me it was going to be 3 days to get it done. Instead it was 3 weeks. Everytime i would call they would say it will be done that day and then call me back and say we have a little bit more to do. My truck sat in the back yard for over a week and a half before they even got started on it when we made a Appointment for them to get started fixing it asap. They told me one price and then it was a different price when we paid. Nothing but problems dont ever take your Vehicle to them. I will not be going back there again. They do not listin to there Customers. We are still hearing the Noise that we took it in for. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.

They are the worst auto shop I been to. Every week they would tell me it will be done. But it wouldn't be. Took 3 weeks to do a couple day job. Totally over priced for the work they do. Although my warranty covered $800 of it. It still costed $2200 for a really small job. A very unprofessional company. Will never recommend them to anyone and I will never come back.

Charged me nearly 400 dollars for a part that cost 35.99 online oem from Bosch and charged me for a simple computer diagnosis which is always free before you get work done at any other mechanic. Took over an extra week to complete the simple sensor. Never called me to tell me the price of thr sensor they were buying. Shady business practices to make alot of money of their sorry customers. I do not recommend this shop. ALSO they refused to show me the receipt of the sensor they purchased with my money. All I wanted to see was the original sale and shipping cost of the sensor.
