Showed up and there was a school bus. Waited in line for about 25 minutes and the 3 people infront of us got tired of waiting and left. No one ever can to the register and told us they were backed and it was going to be a X minute wait.. nothing. Starting talked to the Coach and he said they had been there for over an hour and nothing has came out. When I looked back there were stacks of fries, rings, burgers just stacked in the warmer. We asked if they were going to start sending out food for the kids and they said "No there is only 2 of us and we are busy making the food" So this place only cars about making so it can die in the warmer... this was my first time here. I left before ordering so could not try the food, but as far as customer service it was absent. I'm sure they won't have any teams stopping by, because they all talk and this is not a good look.

Updating to 4 stars since last review. Tried the place again and it was definitely better. We ordered (online) a couple burgers, some Banana milkshakes, and some BBQ wings. When we got there to pickup, food was just coming out the kitchen. The employees verified the order and quickly made the Banana milkshake (which was awesome cuz some places just have them sit there, melting), handed us our food, and we were on our way. Food was great and the Banana milkshakes were super delicious (definitely my favorite). Complete turn around from when I first experienced it

We stopped here on our way to Seattle - Fatburger makes their burgers to order so wait times are a little longer but we knew that before stopping here. Staff was super friendly! Restaurant and restrooms were very clean.

Fatburger is the best place to go for a great burger, fat fries and hand made milkshakes in Moses Lake Washington. The restaurant is very clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and provided fast service.

Stopped by the drive-through and it took them 10 minutes to take our order. Then it took them another 20-30 minutes to make our food. There was about 4 staff members working at the time and they didn’t seem organized. Granted, it seemed quite busy inside the restaurant but the staff seemed to be running all over the place. It is about 100 degrees outside so we expected to at least get our drinks right away while we waited and nothing. Since they took a while to make our order I expected it to be fresh but our hamburgers and fries were cold like they had been sitting out for some time. The cold hamburgers were ok. Don’t recommend going through the drive-through as it feels like they prioritize the people inside the restaurant.

The burgers were delicious and their shakes were kid approved. At first I thought it was pretty pricy but then I saw the serving sizes. Worth every penny.

Burgers were good. Cashier was very friendly! Longer than usual wait times due to short staffing and they don't cook your food until you order. Much better quality than your average McDonald's that's for sure!

Honestly the burger was pretty flavorless. We went with a group and we agreed the burgers were not good, but the fries and milkshakes are what we would get if we went again. I added cheese to my burger and they forgot. Service was painfully slow. It was fine that we had time to wait that day, but if you are expecting to grab some food and be back on the road in 30 minutes- this is not the place for you. During the lunch hour we waited close to 45 minutes for food

This place is so yum. One of my all time favorite hamburger joints. But, this one. There was 3 workers working. And a concert was about to happen. It was busy and they were way behind. They didn't even get all of order to us. Now, for the food. Yum, juicy, temp right. The place was clean. And the workers were doing their best. I gotta give em that.

Hii I’m writing this while I eat my fries, this place is a 10/10 the prices match how great the food is! The food was hot it was perfect nothing tasted stale! The sweet potato fries were magical! The chili cheese fries were so filling you don’t even need a burger to feel full! Was so good :)) I had the trix milkshake which was just bomb dot com! I would definitely recommend this place for family! The prices can be a little high so please go over the prices before you come! 🙂🙂
