If I could give a negative star I would, this is the slowest freakin bank I’ve ever been too. Unfortunately I have to use it multiple times a month & wait 15-20mins for them to process a simple deposit nearly EVERY time I go. It’s seriously ridiculous.

It's a bank, the people are super nice and helpful. Someday we won't need banks with cryptocurrency and blockchain, but for now this is as good as any.

The professionalism in this location is sad at best. I wonder how this branch is even still open. I scheduled an appointment for a mortgage specialist 4 days in advance. On the day, they open late, and to top it off the guy isn't even there, let alone answer his phone.. it's not a way I'd start a working relationship. The guy that was there, stumbled on his words. I showed him my appointment reminder, on my phone.. he says he will talk to the branch manager and see if its computer failure?? Sorry, you lost me..

Had a great experience with Adam today! He was so helpful and friendly! Even though he was new, he was very educated and knew the ins and outs of the system. We’ve had some poor experiences with some KeyBank bankers, so he was great to work with.

Online banking is complete garbage I have been trying to enroll for a week and it keeps having "unexpected errors" Not to mention when I got my account set up the banker was practically braindead and took 2 hours just to set up a simple savings account and debit card. Only reason why I stick around is because there is an atm near where I live. I would only recommend key bank to someone with a godly level of patience.

Worst experience I've ever had with a bank. I know that sounds dramatic but I have 3 bank accounts, BofA, Chase, and BECU and I've never seen more incompetence in a bank. Short of it, I opened the account with a check deposit, making sure I had availability to access that money immediately, I asked and was told "absolutely" no hold on checks. GREAT Fast forward 2 deposits later, (total of 3 deposits already in a new account, with NO problem accessing money) Last deposit, Large check, Christmas time, Key Bank puts a "hold" on my check for 15 days!!!! 15 days I have NO ACCESS to my money. Why you ask? I've talked to 7 people who all say, "your account is new so we hold your first deposit." Ok, but that's my 3/4 deposit and I need my money. "Its key bank policy sir." "Its Key bank policy" No sorry, no compassion no human traits AT ALL. Jerks actually, these people, no one would actually say sorry. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I will close my account asap and tel anyone I can that there are WAY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE
