Old lady at the front counter at 9 am 11/1 made this an awful experienc she didn't know what an online order is or how to help me luckily Hilda kind of helped but told me she had no orders even though I showed her on my phone I ordered food. I had to pay for a whole new order I will be calling to get this corrected

Not a bad place. Some mix ups sometimes but generally a good McDonalds. Though if you are using the mobile, don’t use Curbside. Even if the line is going to the street, drive through is way faster. Currently been sitting here 5+ mins and now the car that was sitting next to me when I parked got tired and just went inside.

McDonald's in Europe and Asia are potable. McDonald's in the u.s. is pure disappointment. we tried to get a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, but apparently "deluxe" is the same as the regular crispy chicken sandwich (and the chicken isn't crispy in either case).

Its a decent mcdonalds. Its easy to get into and out of right in mukilteo. The playplace is closed still in 2022. My kids were happy they had the pokemon cards, but the online ordering system wasnt updated so it showed a different happy meal toy. Easy in store ordering with self serve kiosks. It was clean inside so thats a plus. Basic fastfood place.

I frequent this McDonald’s often and am generally pleased with the customer service. However lately the Mcmuffins have been coming out burnt. This is not an isolated incident but happening almost every time now. I don’t know what’s going on but I wish they would fix this quality issue.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Opened it and it was so flat like someone pressed their hand down on it. I then opened it and the lettuce was old, nasty looking, and the sandwich was barely hanging onto life. Lol did not resemble the pictures or commercials McDonald's. Which, I know realistically they don't. But they do usually look way more appetizing than this. Pictures says it all.
