My pizza had half the toppings fall off on the ride to my house. It did not have mushrooms on it. The second pizza was a BBQ chicken pizza. It was supposed to have extra cheese but was thin for an extra $5 on a medium pizza.

My pizza is practically inedible, but I can’t return it at this point. There is double the amount of tomato sauce on my pizza than toppings. I hoped the second slice would be better, but I literally have to scrape off the toppings to remove the excess tomato sauce before I can actually eat it. Nasty! What a waste of money!

Horrible Customer Service. On Saturday 06/26They got my order wrong. Refused to do anything. Make it right or a refund. They said only Corporate can give a refund. Offered me a free $20 pizza for messing up a $50 Pizza. Called again the next day 06/27. Spoke to Jacob, he offered a partial refund after I was told only Corporate does refunds. General Manager refused to get on the phone. Jacob the assistant manager hung up on me, very professional. Called back 06/28 and spoke to the General Manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to give me a refund, refused any help. Said that I have only ordered twice from them from my phone number. I changed my number. Use to order from here once a week. No longer will I be. The Employees and Managers are very immature, unprofessional, rude, and will blame you for an order they messed up. The Quality Check is False Advertising, if they actually did a quality check, no wrong order would leave that store! I recommend staying away from this place. You will have to contact your bank for any disputed charges. This Dominoes thinks they can mess your order up, refuse you a refund, and get away with it. My bank got me my money back.

Horrible Customer Service. Orderede 2 Wisconsin 6 cheese pizzas. One with Garlic & Feta added. The other Chicken, Bacon, Garlic, and Feta added. We received 2 Wisconsin 6 Cheese Pizza with out any toppings we added. Refused to refund and said they couldn't do a refund due to an online order, told us to contact corporate when we called. Called again the next day. They said we will give you a partial refund, I refused and wanted a complete refund as the sale is illegal under Washington State Law. They refused to let me talk to the General Manager or the GM refused to get on the phone. I have never had a Pizza order get messed up. How is it that a wrongfully made Pizza gets passed the supposed check for quality? Thats False Advertising. They don't check quality, if they did, a Pizza missing toppings wouldn't pass the quality check. Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Managers, we will find out what kind of Franchise Owner they have. Corporate is already involved. Do not order from here!

This is a very solid Domino's - they always get my orders right, and it seems to always be Lisa who's making my pizza. She's a pro, lol. The spinach & feta bread bakes that this place makes are especially good, always the right amount of crispy and super hot when they arrive. They're stellar, and like this location & the employees there, 5/5 for sure.

Excellent customer service. Had a very minor issue with our orders not being cut correctly and the management took it way more seriously than we thought was necessary. It seems to be effective in that our subsequent orders have so far been cut as requested though.

Outstanding management, her name is Lisa!! Lisa is kind, caring, sensitive, compassionate and wonderful to my son who has Autism/disability. My son has made friendship with Lisa from first day we visited. She made special effort and gone out of way to engage with my son who was very shy. Lisa has patience and caring heart. Thank you Domino Pizza for having 5 star manager. I ask if I can have picture of Ryan and her so he can share what he did today. She said "yes". I am so grateful to have such a wonderful person like Lisa in a leadership role in our community. Pizza, chicken we ordered was outstanding. We are going to order some pizza for his birthday party. Lisa, you ROCK!!!

Pizza came with no marinara sauce on it, it was just bread, cheese, and the 3 toppings I selected.. at least I ordered marinara sauce with the cheesy bread which is actually decent. This locations chicken isn’t the best, on par with the dry pizza they gave me. If you can , I would drive and pick up from the hawks prairie store or the west side location

I like the online ordering and how you can track the progress of your order which is pretty accurate by the way. 12 dollars for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas is a good deal. The restaurant seems up to date and clean as well with plenty of prompt and attentive staff. Not 5 stars because the toppings are always a bit skimpy with lots of edge crust. Their way I imagine of controlling costs.
