I purchased a 6 x 12 single axle enclosed trailer from Boss Trailers. When I came to pick it up there was an up charge of $200 that I was unaware of. They gave me some E track to help offset that cost. When I got home I noticed a small dent in the back door and ask them if they could warranty it. When they contacted the factory too much time and gone by and the delivery been made and they would not cover the damage. At that time James extended his apologies to me and offered multiple pieces E- track and the D-rings to be installed to the inside of my trailer. This was done to make up for The non-warranty on my back door. They also took the time to touch up the dent with paint I spent over 30 years in purchasing in my career and this was one of the most outstanding jobs done by a company to stand behind their product. To say the latest I would highly recommend them. Thanks James and Steve the (owner)of boss trailers. you have a customer for life.

A.J & DENNY WERE VERY WELCOMING, NON-PRESSURING, AND VERY HELPFUL. YOU COULD TELL THEY WERE VERY HONEST & ONLY TRY TO SELL HIGH-QUALITY TRAILERS. I WAS UNDERWHELMED WHEN I WAS ACROSS THE STREET SHOPPING FOR TRAILERS AND THE SALESMAN SUGGESTED I J-WALK ACROSS THE STREET. WOW FOUND WHAT I WANTED FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. I bought a 20ft Vnose car trailer brand new last year and after using it 2x screws and multiple ones backed out of panels in different areas. I called and emailed photos and all I got as response is to drive it to them and they would fix it. Like most of us I didn’t live near. I said forget it. Then I used again and more fell out and they still wouldn’t send anyone to repair. Just suggested I buy larger screws since they were stripped from factory. Poor customer service if you ask me. I spent 9k for a trailer I need to constantly redue screws on panels

I bought a brand new 2022 trailer from trailer boss. Within 60 days all the front welds snapped. They claimed it was over weight and wouldn’t do anything about it. It had 3 yards of top soil in it. Terrible customer service! The owner is incredible rude refuses to do anything took two weeks to call me after dropping my trailer off. I have asked him for my contract and told me he won’t send me it and hung up on me. This dealership is an absolute joke.

Don't waste your time with the competition or lack there of across the street. I went to the company across the street from Trailer Boss of Olympia first. Purely out of convenience. There website said they had a 5x8 panel utility trailer, and they opened earlier. That trailer had been sold 2 days ago. I was not impressed with the service and instead of offering me option to order, or a different type of trailer, they suggested a rental company to rent a trailer. Not very helpful. Fortunately I waited for Trailer Boss to open. Not only did there inventory match there website, I was personally greeted on the lot by the owner. He had the exact trailer I needed, plus all the accessories a new trailer owner would need. They quickly installed a tool box and spare tire to my new 5x8 panel trailer. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very impressed!!! Thank you Trailer Boss for a great experience.

Denny was great. I was after a very specific trailer. He went ahead and checked shipment status for me, gave me an idea on timeframe. He called me as soon as the trailer came in and I was able to painlessly pick it up that same day. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Purchased a 5x10 delco dump trailer 7k model. Built like a tank, best small dump trailer I found for the price. Even came with a spare tire, tarp kit, and ramps. Most places charge extra for these options. This trailer is way overbuilt, I have had far more then 7k loaded and it and dumps with ease. Probably should have got the 10k version, but this is perfect for my half ton pickup.

Requested a quote 3 separate times online for the same trailer via the sites request a quote option and TrailerBoss never got back to me. Called the Olympia location and spoke to James. Explained what I would like and he stated it'd be easier if I emailed him personally and he would send me a quote with the information I was looking for. A week later and James never replied. Don't waste your time and effort with this place. I contacted Mirage Trailers in Idaho directly. They hooked me up with a quote and gave me everything I needed immediately. Really sad that a business doesn't care about any type of customer care. James and TrailerBoss have forever lost any potential business and I will warn all family and friends to steer clear of this business.

They take pride in their name, their customer relationships, and their industry. You can go there and be sure that you'll get what you need and also have a good time while you're there. You want details, here they are: My experience with Trailer Boss of Olympia has been very positive. I needed a cargo trailer but have very little experience with trailers. To start, the GM, Darrell, answered the phone when I first called and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered questions that I didn't even know to ask. So, I chose them over their competitors. When I got there, Darrell assisted my wife and me with the trailer we were interested in. He was just as good in person as on the phone - very knowledgeable, patient, and non-pressuring. When we were finished asking questions, he waited to see if we had more. He never assumed, pushed, or tried to force anything. Finally, we told him we wanted that trailer, and we went inside. Darrell had another appointment, so James took over the transaction. When inside, more questions and needs came up. James knew his stuff and was also pleasant and fun to talk with. He showed us some more items that were better solutions than what we were asking for. We went with some and passed on others. He got us taken care of and out the door with a new, very high-quality trailer. I took it back a few days later to get some additional work done on it, and James was very helpful then too. I'll be going back to him. Christina was sitting at the desk next to James and was also very helpful and pleasant while we were there. She made a great impression on my wife and was very relatable when it came to family matters and experiences. She also quickly identified a way for us to save money on the trailer transaction, got what she needed from us, and made it happen. She even had some good advice for us on matters separate from the trailer experience. There was another guy who helped us temporarily, while James had to step away, which demonstrated their team mentality. And, while all this was going on, Cayman and CJ were outside hooking up the trailer to my truck and attaching the D-Rings that we bought to the walls of the trailer. Great team, great trailers, great experience!

Quality experience. Decent prices. Plenty of choices. I just needed a trailer for hauling junk, picking up construction materials, and for moving furniture. Denny helped me get the right trailer for my needs and for my budget. Once selected, Danny and James helped set up my hitch and wiring on my car to ensure it was done right. Top notch.
