I think our sandwich maker was distracted, my Mexicali did not have mashed avacado, and my husband's roast beef sandwich was missing the requested mayo & mustard.

This is now handled by management that gives low portions and does not accept coupons of any fashion.

Management is cheap, u get no napkins it all ,the bathroom us close for public so y can't wash your hands before ur meal ,come on owners u r on america now ,it is a requirement by the department of health to have bathrooms for your costumers

The owners should be ashamed! Bathroom was disgusting and instead of cleaning it they put an out of order sign up. They let me use but warned me. That toilet looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks., pure laziness.

If you want to feel like you are imposing on employees by trying to give them business, this is the place. We came here upon my son’s request. I arrived with my son who needed to use the restroom before we ordered. The woman working rolled her eyes and gave me the bathroom code. She had already put up a big sign that the bathroom was closed around 6:30, not late at night. The bathroom floor was very dirty and the light switch was incredibly dirty. The woman made our sandwiches while acting annoyed and bored, and wrapped up my son’s sandwich before we even finished choosing the toppings. She was irritated to have to open up the wrapped sandwich to put more toppings on. Never once did she smile, try to act polite, or act like she was happy to help us. It was completely off putting. The store also has a big sign that they don’t accept Subway coupons. Why bother to have a business when you don’t like customers?

The veggie sub is a firm favorite for flavor, nutrition and keeping you powered for long hikes!! We ordered via the app and when we arrived the subs were ready to pickup as the time indicated. All items were added and a quick bite in the car was satisfying. The other half was eaten for lunch at destination, an Alpine lake. This tasted even better, even though the wrapping had become a little soggy. Enjoy!

The fans in the shop were loud enough that the server when talking to my wife had to repeat himself 3 times because she couldn’t hear her. This was obviously annoying to him because even though we both ordered the same sandwich, she got half the amount that I did. Very unprofessional.

Very stingy with the vegetables always end up with too much bread on the ends. Also charged $3 for a miniature water bottle. Got everything correct though so that’s good.
