My dad’s company took down some trees for one of their camps and still has not been paid after over a month. Trying to get ahold of someone is next to impossible because no one seems to know who handles checks. Leaving messages gets us nowhere and no call back. I would certainly appreciate if someone could get back to us because Dustin in if no help. My dad needs to be paid. Not to mention my sister in-law not being paid for ringing bells for these people. Maybe they should consider hiring more qualified people to handle their money and pay people.

I really wish it wouldn't have taken 5 days to get a vehicle picked up for donation. I was doing all the contacting and reaching out to people while Salvation Army employees ignored my emails and playing phone tag.

Really I give them zero stars. We were assured at the time we scheduled that they would take our piano with two additional items. Do not believe the website. They arrived with no intention of taking the piano.. This is a scam. I will donate the items to Goodwill which can really use my items. I may have to send the piano to the dump but the bed and shelving unit will go to someone who really can use it.

I would never give anything to them they think it's OK to let their majors run people off the roads and other things they are not until these people are out of office I think we need new people in the office and I used to work for them so trust me when I say the people at the the majors at the core at the Spokane core are not good people neither the Dickens

The pastor is supposed to a man of god yes he treated my husband almost fairly but didn't keep his word. I'm sure you would like to be led by someone whose discipline is honesty and unbiased treatment if his fellow man. But nope lies just like his fat wife liars all liars.

Nice, clean offices located on lower Queen Anne. Also has a sandwich shop available on bottom floor. Street parking - 2 to 4 hr options but must pay. Also pay public parking lot next door. Free side street parking 2 blocks north of building.

I scheduled donation pick up appointments TWICE and TWICE they didn't show up. What's the point of scheduling if they just not going to bother doing their job? Called customer service and all they could do is say sorry and reschedule ~?!~!?~?!!?! Ultra frustrating organization.

Today is the last time I donate to SA. The last time I donated to the Redmond location the person working the truck was grumpy and not very helpful. OK we all have bad days so I thought that today's donation would go better. Not the case. Same guy... same attitude. The guy needs some mentoring in customer service. For me the next time will be a different organization.
