There's not actually a branch here, but there is one around the corner to the left. The hours on that one start from 10 AM though, not 8 AM like Google Maps says.

I am giving a one star because there is no option for zero stars. The bank manager (JOK) at this location is incompetent and unresponsive. Now 6 years since the trust account was set up after the passage of my mother he is asking for additional information which was apparently lost or mishandled by the bank in 2017. Though I told him I recently underwent surgery and the cotrustee is 97 years old and out of state he is threatening to close the account in two weeks without a grace period if this information is not received.

US Bank's promotional/ teaser programs are simple acts of fraud, don't fall for it! My company deals with a number of banks, the very best one is a local credit union bank.

Continually misled about aspects of their programs, and then blamed and charged excessive fees without even an apology or recognition of their incompetency. I’ll be moving my personal and business account out of here this week. Absolutely disgraceful service, even to loyal clients in good standing. Do yourself a favour and move to many of the other banks in Seattle that treat their clients with respect and honesty.

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. I only use the ATM or branch at this location if I happen to be downtown. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?

I've been an account holder at US Bank since 2000 and have always been happy. I like this branch - they are always welcoming when I come in, and generally tellers recognize my face.

I had a question about a wire transfer, and asked if they can help me to call wire department. The manger said there is nothing they can do. I tried another branch, and guess what, there are a lot they can do for me.

If i could i would give no stars. Went in there last week trying to open a bank account at was helped by a nice lady which i didnt catch her name. She told me i would be help in a few minutes. But along came another and kept asking me my citizen status and if i didnt have a social i couldnt open one. She was not nice about she was very rude i explain how i had an account before which i closed but she kept going and going about my social. I will never recommend to anyone. I felt so disrespected.
