The people at this Bank are the most amazing individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with out of any Bank I dealt with in the ever. Jessie, Lonni Tracey and everyone there is so helpful, personable and and they really go out of their way for you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I will never Bank anywhere else :-)

THIS BRANCH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE COMPLETE TRASH, IN PARTICULAR THE BRANCH MANAGER, JESSE AND ANOTHER REP NAMED LONNIE. BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO INCOMPETENTS, I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL. I had originally spoken to Lonnie and left several messages for the branch manner to call me back because KeyBank decided to randomly put an Internal extended hold on my payroll check that lasted over 7 days. I never even got past the messages because Jesse never bothered to return any of my phone calls, despite the urgency of the issue because I needed to get my medication and see my doctor, but I could not do that without getting access to my funds. The branch manager never called me back and all the did was relay a message with Lonnie to tell me that he could not do anything for me and that jerk never called me back despite me leaving several urgent messages. Now, I'm in the hospital and I'm about to sue this bank!!!!! I was planning to purchase my first home through KeyBank because my friend banks here and she recommended them. However, that's not going to be happening anymore. Maybe it's a race thing because I don't know why they would not even return my calls or even attempt to try and help me. I will be closing my account with this bank and never bank with them again. This bank is completely unprofessional and as far as I'm concerned, completely unethical.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this branch. I’ve had Key checking accounts for well over 15 years, opened in Belfair but choose to use this branch whenever possible as my home branch tends to annoy me by trying to sell me different accounts, cards & services every time I visit and have even felt as if my privacy was violated by asking questions that I felt were too personal. All in all, Keybank has served me well over the years, I just prefer to deal with certain branches when I need to actually go in to speak with someone.

I bank with key bank between 1997 and 2012. The last two years I banked with them they started coming up with new fees every month and it was a full time job trying to keep them from constantly charging overdraft fees. There was no winning with this bank so I moved my money to a credit union and haven't had a problem since

moved down here from Pierce County last year, salesman sell there bank like a used car, still no $600 in my account and a fee every month. the only thing I like is the online banking and that was probably setup by corporate not the branch
