Ordered a chicken basket. Was ready in less than 5 minutes. To go order. Ranch dip was consistency of cottage cheese---not good! Ruined whole meal. Will drive to Veradale location next time for more patient, laid back , caring service.

Absolutely my favorite DQ in Spokane ! Best customer service. Always clean. Great parking. Good handicap accessibility. Kid-friendliness: Staff is so friendly to the kids. Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a easy wheelchair accessible entrance.

Was craving a blizzard placed my order with DoorDash and my blizzard wasn’t correct. Not DoorDash’s fault. The bag was closed and the proper order was on the receipt. When I contacted them and told them they made a mistake. They only refunded the service fee which isn’t even close to the cost of their medium blizzard. Extremely disappointed.

Went to DQ on Pines because of past reviews and they were spot on! The staff were waiting to take Blizzard orders for Miracle Treat Day, part a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Hospital, and they all had a friendly smile & enthusiasm! Ordered 9 for my office and I was in and out in 10 minutes! Great service!

Can I just say that dipped cones are an absolute delight? Hell yeah, they are! I like em all. Cherry, chocolate, butterscotch. In that order and I do get all of them from time to time. I hadn't had a dipped cone in decades but I fixed that problem. Now I get one about once a week. Maybe I created a new problem? No, certainly not. Get a dipped cone if it's been a while. You'll wonder what took you so long.

So I ordered one of those Valentine’s Day ice cream cakes from here and they made the whole process quick and painless. Then the day I picked it up I decided to grab some lunch with my kids as well. I was surprised at how good the food was!!! Lunch was delicious! My kids had a blast and we greatly enjoyed the cake as well. In addition to all this, the staff was very friendly and kind, especially to my kids. Great experience all around.

A friend told me how great their Chicken Strips are so we ordered a couple of baskets with ranch dressing to dip them in! They are probably the best I have ever eaten! The French fries were cooked just right just a little crispy! The hamburgers looked great too! Great pricing and wonderful service! I eat out a lot and I was impressed! I just think of Dairy Queen for ice cream! Big mistake on my part!!!

When you ask them to cook your burgers well done that's how you get them. Well done! No problem, no argument, just like you wanted them. And always with a smile 😁 and a friendly word. I go past several other restaurants including another Dairy Queen to go to this because they are the BEST with the BEST tasting food. Great Job🤩🤩🤩

Phenomenal. In a time when budgets are tight it’s nice to know that when we do go out for fast food you get your money’s worth here. The staff is concise and extremely friendly in a natural, non-corporate way. We got a chicken strip basket which was cooked to perfection and a half pound grill burger which literally looked straight out of an advertisement, the vegetables on it were remarkable with the onion being nice and thick cut and the lettuce crispy. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Whoever the franchise owner is should be very proud of their staff and the hard work that they do. They also allow alternative hair colors for their employees which is nice to see.
