We usually purchase our lottery tickets here because Kroger stores accept debit cards (with pins) for payment. Today we stopped at the fuel center to get gas and lottery tickets. For the first time ever we were told we could not purchase our lottery tickets at Kroger fuel centers with a debit card. We left THAT Kroger fuel center and drove to another one and made the purchase using our debit card. I wish everyone was on the same accord. This was a huge inconvenience because the other Kroger was quite a distance. Do better Kroger.

Nice and clean. Only thing is I'm handicap and I used a electric cart. The last three times I've been there, the carts were not charged and I had to find someone to help me find another cart. Then transfered all my groceries to another cart. Last time I was there they brought me 3 different carts and finally found one that was charged. They need someone to over look the cart situation. I stopped going to the Kroger nearest me and drove further out to find that they have the same problem. This is very important to handicap people. I have just left my groceries and went home many times.

I do ClickList at this location. There’s been a few times where this location was out of a certain item however they do a great job at getting you the best substitutions. 9 times out of 10 the customer service is absolutely fantastic, especially the people that bring out the orders to the car. They are so friendly! I wish I knew the girl’s name but she has blonde hair and glasses, she’s the sweetest!!

A cardboard display of heavy cans tipped over and fell on my 7 yr old son and knocked out 1 of his teeth. The manager on duty was extremely rude and combative with my wife and son while my son is crying and bleeding everywhere. While my wife was filling out a accident report the cashier told my wife that the manager is normally rude to customers. Wow Kroger.... Wow. We had to contact corporate, not because of the accident but because of the manager and his horrible response to the accident

Really cramped parking lot. Kind of hard to get around. They have a fuel station, which I love about any Kroger! Convenient and you get to use your points! Always a good selection of produce and other healthy items! Kroger does really well with keeping up with the times!

Whoever’s saying this store is clean are either lying or have vision problems. Crystal at customer service treats most of the employees and some customers like garbage because she’s looks miserable herself.

I can't believe it, but they now charge $0.50 in order to get cash back when making a purchase. Just use a credit card and let them pay the extra fees, or better yet, go to Publix and use your debit if you want cash back with no charge.

I do my shopping here all the time. I love Kroger everyone is always so nice . Today I accidentally spilled a sparkling water . I apologized many times to the employee. She was super rude & had an attitude with me . Said a couple of rude things that were unnecessary . Typically I love this place but she made me feel very bad about accidentally spilling a drink . It was an accident/ mistake . Probably won’t come back to this location .

Customer service at the hor table was not good at all the chicken was bubbling in oil and the guy who helped me at first was not concerned or helpful when the condition of the hot table( dried out food) was pointed out to me and would not give me the name of the person responsible for the hot table and another employee who was asian refused to give me the name of the person in charge but when I went to customer service and got Mindy I guess she had truth serum because soon as she come everyone named the person in charge?
