Never had any issues with this bank! Also, always cane here and got free coffee when I did come. Painted the windows for paint the town when I was in Highschool (this year lmfao) for Christmas! It was amazing. Always nice people.

Always helpful when I call or come into the bank. After the recent update to online banking, my app was not working. Learned I had to download the updated app before I could log in with the temp password given over email. Then logging in was a breeze and the new app/online banking is very user friendly! Hope this helps anyone else that was having trouble!

I have loved this bank and the people for 15 years until recently they changed some policies going into Canada. I deliver brand new trucks all over Canada , so I go into Canada sometimes twice in a week. There new policy is I have to call and have my bank card turned on every time I go into Canada or it shuts my card off and I cant use it until I call. Its very inconvenient. I use my card quite often for luggage fee's, taxis to airport or motel, sometimes I have to purchase fuel. Im out on the road now, but when I get home I may have to change banks that will allow me to do business in Canada without calling the bank every time.
