Everytime I order from this Starbucks my order is wrong. Today I got a caramel macchiato.... With no caramel? 🙄

Ordered my iced coffee and they can't even fill it to the top. Ice costs them next to nothing. I suppose it's just easier to not care about the customer in any fashion.

Love this Starbucks! Good size, not too big, not too small! Drive thru really popular so inside is a little quieter.

Clean, speedy, but unreasonable. During COVID, the condiments are not set out for the public. Typically (during pre-COVID times), there are three little containers (like salt shakers) with vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate powders. When I order a grande Pike, I put about 1/2” of half-and-half, a few sugars, and top it off with a small sprinkle of vanilla. Since the condiments are not out, I have to ask for those items. I only have trouble when I get to the vanilla powder. During COVID, most Starbucks restaurants have been telling me they don’t have the regular vanilla powder. But then they say, “But we have some vanilla bean powder. We can sprinkle a bit on there for you.” And then they do. This place didn’t offer me an alternative. They just said, “We don’t have the vanilla powder.” So I said, “Do you have vanilla bean powder?” The barista said, “Yes.” “Just a sprinkle please. Just a pinch.” “Well,” he said, “that’ll be a fifty cent charge.” “But all the other stores do it for me. I just need a pinch.” “Fifty cents.” “Really?” I just sorta stared at him, dumbfounded. “Really.” I made a few more hints, said it a few different ways, but he wouldn’t budge. So I didn’t get the fifty cent upgrade.

The staff were all very friendly. They don't have creamer, sweeteners & other items out like they used to before the pandemic so you have to ask if you want any of that added. The woman who took our order had no problem adding them right at checkout to our order so we didn't have to ask the barista later. There is a drive through too. They had adequate staff to help those at the drive through and inside which was great to see as many places are putting an emphasis on drive through orders leaving those inside to wait for long periods (I'm looking at you Taco Bell, lol). We were in and out so quick! It was very clean as well. The staff seem to enjoy what they do and take pride in their surroundings.

"By using one of our for-here mugs or bringing in your own, you can help reduce waste and take care of the planet." Except that, for some BS reason(s), this location wastes a plastic cup to measure the drink out before pouring it into your personal cup OR even one of their own for-here mugs. When I asked the lady about it, she said it's to make sure the drinks are consistent. When I asked if they also wasted of cup to make it in their own mugs for-here use, she said they do. Even though the mug I brought in to use has both milliliters and ounces listed on the inside, she explained to me that they're useless to her because she doesn't know how the lines on the Starbucks' cups that she uses corresponds to either milliliters or ounces. How can she not? Is it seriously not provided information in some training document of some sort? When I told her about the dozens of other locations I've been to across the US which have never wasted a cup and were able to make the same drink I always get and have it always tasting consistent (I watch every time to make sure they use soy instead of dairy), she said, well, they must eye ball it or something and we can't do that because of our management. BS. Disgusting. Unacceptable. Even if it didn't taste exactly the same, I'd rather have that then waste a plastic cup every time I go to a Starbucks for a coffee. She said she'd been working for Starbucks for 15 years. IN 15 YEARS THEY HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE ICED COFFEE WITHOUT WASTING PLASTIC CUPS IN ORDER TO MEASURE IT OUT?! FIFTEEN YEARS?! If this location is so incapable, I imagine there are others. Starbucks needs to give ALL locations some sort of metal, reusable measuring cup so that places like this one who "can't" go against "proper" procedures can ACTUALLY reduce waste.
