5 Best coffee store in Vancouver, Washington (WA) 2024

Ordered my iced coffee and they can't even fill it to the top. Ice costs them next to nothing. I suppose it's just easier to not care about the customer in any fashion. ~Darren

Terrible location, I would not recommend. As someone who doesn't go to Starbucks often I needed some help deciphering the menu which they seemingly were not thrilled about. Not the mention everything that sounded good (including food) was out of stock. Another thing that is out of the norm, compared to arguably every coffee shop in America, is that the creme and sugar is kep behind the counter so naturally they seemed annoyed at your request for some. This just reinforced why I stay away from this chain in general. ~Daniel

It's friday love with $5 pastry and grande drink. I understand the staff here is overwhelmed with an influx of people coming in for this deal but Tabitha was REALLY short and stop taking my order mid sentence. Ethan rocks! ~Man

I like this particular Starbucks. Realize it’s a big franchise, but at times they provide an important service beyond what is served. The products taste like any other Starbucks, but what I like is that the facilities and hours are good. I go there to drink tea and do some reading or computer work. Homeless are not prevalent here and the lobby is clean. ~Andrew

There’s a promotion that says $1 off holiday drinks. I asked the baristas about them, they said they don’t know about any promotion and charge full price. I show them a sign that’s literally in front of their face, and they tell me they don’t know and need to talk to their manager.. And of course they also got my drink wrong. Smh.. ~Alekseyo
