Happy employees, good food, fast service. What more could you ask for? Well, what if the employee paid for your dinner if you couldn’t? Wow, right?! That happened to me tonight. Spencer, an employee of Jack in the Box stepped in and paid for my dinner tonight when my new debit card wouldn’t work. I was so grateful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s a great case of paying it forward. I got to have my Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The only thing that Spencer knew about me was that if nobody was behind me in line when I was ordering I asked a lot of questions & explained what my options were and which entrées were the favorites. Thankfully, I was able to pay him back after I found my bag of quarters in the car. I’ll be going back for Spencer and the food.

Jack in the Box, as a franchised concept, is not very supportive in the efforts of improving the customer or employee experience. The food is great, if they have the items in stock, and if they make the items correctly. But they will also justify a lessor finished product and give it to the customer like it’s acceptable. It’s not.

I just had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. Not only are these kids at this store unprofessional but they are down right rude. The "manager" answered the phone in the most disgusting matter that I actually asked her if she wanted to restart that and she said no. I told her that I once again did not recieve my meal which was a chicken strips meal. The "managers" reply was "That's because we don't have chicken strips". Not a "my apologies we are out of chicken strips" or a "so sorry for your inconvenience". Instead she talked down to me, raised her voice, and point blank said "were out of chicken strips what else do you want me to do". So, with this being said, I have contacted corporate via email and phone. They are doing an investigation and I hope they can somehow rectify this issue. The Real issue here is customer service. Shame on Jack and the box for allowing such a disrespectful and honestly uneducated and inappropriate person to "manage" There store. Looking forward to more conversations about this and luckily I was in a room full of people who heard the entire conversation. Our minds are truly blown. All she had to do was be genuine and apologize and I would have moved about my day. Bummer.

My worst experience at a jack in the box. The girl taking our order was rude and unprofessional. We just left at 9:30p.m. 8/11. The girl who brought us our food was polite. We were told they couldn't do deal as they were understaffed. Couldn't do certain food items with no explanation. We waited forever for our food and watched the rude girl at the drive through walking around the lobby on her headset. Just overall bad experience.

Chrissy and her team definitely made my Daughter Zoey and I feel so special... Took such good care of us. Had a positive attitude even being short staffed and knowing a rush was coming due to being 9:30 on a Friday night.....made me want to be part of the crew!!!! Thank you Chrissy and staff

The staff were very nice and apologetic about the long wait but I paid almost $13.00 for one meal and the onion rings were all stuck together like a brick and white in places where they weren't cooked. I understand prices cost more but I expect to get what I ordered at least edible. The cook knew when they put them in the container so I am sure this isn't a surprise...they the garbage! garbage!

The fries were fresh and perfect, and the food tasted good, but i was given the wrong meal size and when i asked for extra pickles, i was only given 3. Pickles make or break a sandwich and are easily one of my favorite foods. Needless to say, that was a little bit disheartening.

Went through on a Sunday and the drive through girl was rude and inpatient. Wouldn't sell mini pancakes because they didn't have syrup. When I got home my sourdough jack didn't have meat. I couldn't bite through my other burger because the bun was hard and the meat was over cooked and hard. Onion rings and tacos and fries were all over cooked to a crisp. The only thing they git right was my sprite. Wasted $30 time and fuel. By far the worst experience I've had with a fast food establishment. If I could give negative star I would.

Wanted to thank all of the great staff on Sunday, Father's day. I turned my car off because of the street noise. Low and behold my key fob was not in the car. The staff was extremely nice invited me inside and gathered money together and even paid for my meal. Thank you everyone for your help. Outstanding

had to go through the drive-through cuz their lobby is closed.. I ordered 4 tacos and 2 cheesy Bacon French fries. I was asked to pull around to the front that it would take a few minutes after waiting 18 minutes I got out was knocking on the window where everyone ignored me inside. Now it has been 25 minutes waiting for my order that I have already paid for. I continue banging on the glass finally they came and gave me my order which turned out to be cold. Definitely will not go back employees are gross boss very unfriendly and and very rude and unapologetic.
