Dollar General opened its first store in WA in 2020 in Cathlamet. This Westpost location quickly followed. We go to Westport a couple times a year and no matter how much I plan, we always need a few items when we get to town. It's nice to have an affordable store to get last-minute purchases for a camping weekend at the beach. Yes, the store lacks fresh produce and meats, but it has almost anything else you might randomly need in a pinch. The store layout is like a cross between a small-scale Wal*Mart and a corner Walgreens. Everything from baking items to household cleaners to pet food to toiletries and everything in between. This was much needed in the Westport area!

Very clean store, excellent service. Everyone is super helpful, and the shelves are stocked well. They have a huge variety of quality products, I prefer to shop here over other stores.

The customer service at this Westport location is phenomenal! I love shopping there for that fact alone. Always happy, helpful, and friendly. The store is really clean and very well organized. Stop in if you’re in town!

First off, it's not a dollar store. It is a general goods store with very low prices. Most expensive thing we saw was a queen blanket for $25. Lots of variety of things, both name brand and not and very good prices. I spent $20 and walked out with a full bag.

They have so much to chose from had no idea what kind of store i was walking into and I spent way more then I bargained for but I am happy with it friendly staff and i will be returning

I would have to say some employees need to stop being rude to customers.and realize that a 51 year old woman should not be carded for ciggarettes.i do not always carry a I.d. nor am I supposed to.the laws differ from statutes & codes.but I will take my business elsewhere because of the behavior of employees.

Dollar General in Westport, Wa. is an alright store.. Except for their prices are extremely over priced. A person might as well go across the street to our friendly neighborhood. Shop n Kart grocery store.. The entire Staff are always very nice and helpful.

This was a first for me, never been to a Dollar General. Very nice staff & helpful. I was doing a coupon deal and checking out the store. Very clean and did I say the staff were very pleasant?? 😊😊😊 Cant wait to visit again.

Brand new store in Westport WA. Was able to get almost everything on my grocery list, just lacked dairy and meat. There was only on register working as their computers shut down but overall very happy with my visit.
