Staff never open door on time the longest I’ve ever been out here waiting to drop off patient was 30 minutes I got here at 4:50 believing this location would open at 5:00am but no it took staff 30 minutes prio from the opening to give medication assistance, this show unresponsive communication between staff or supervisor, this has always been a issue for years and I doubt this message will mean anything since you get many complaints regarding the same thing staff not in Time , can you plz communicate with your staff or make changes with staffing since this keep being a problem.

This facility is disgusting from the floor up. The seats these patients sit in have huge cracks that sweat or other fluids soak into for the 6 months I worked there. The bose's are a group of vindictive liars from the moment you start till the end. Worst facility I have ever worked at. I'd take my family anywhere else.:)
