I have gone to several Kay Jewelers for cleanings, to purchase new products and for repairs but I have never ever had the excellent service that I got today from Angela at the Bluefield, West Virginia store. She made me feel welcome, was very kind with an honest smile and didn't make me feel that she was above me!!! She is a very exceptional person with a positive attitude and I will be going the long hour & half drive to deal with her personally for all my Kay needs from now. Thank you, Angela for the outstanding service that you gave me!!!!

Would give 0 stars but wouldn't let me. Kay Jewelry has very pretty collections but the staff that works there can be very rude. Unless you by everything you ask to look at. And by the highest price item they don't want to help you. The last experience I had with them was I took my friend in the store to buy their ring & necklace that was on sale. No one else was shopping. We walked in 2 lady's were at the registers. Another from back came right up to us. Got pulled away from Chrissy the manger to apparently talk about us to have her take out trash. So my friend said anyone going to help us. They said yes. Lady that took out trash came back & Chrissy nod her head that she could help. But when came to help was rude. Friend ask about anything on sale. Worker said nothing else was on sale. Days before Christmas everything on sale.. Never had any problems with Kay Jewellers from their help other then Bluefield Wv mall.

I would like to give anyone who is looking for a engagement ring for their future wife not to go to Kay’s. I went there to browse for a ring. And I had everything planned which took a lot of time and money. I was driving down the road with my fiancé when Kay calls. Just like most of all new cars my phone calls go over the speakers. They said “ is this so and so I said yes they said we know you have been in Kay’s looking for a engagement ring we wanted to let you know there is a 20% discount on rings this weekend.” I just hung up. I would like to thank Kay’s for ruining this special surprise for my wife. A little advice for the Kay worker that ruined this for us next time you call about a engagement ring you might want to ask if they are on a private line or their significant other isn’t around. I’m so upset and I hope this never happens to anyone else.
