I hate this place never never ever do they have just one Cinnabon. The food they do have sitting out is old trusty wouldn't feed it to my dog

This truck stop/gas station has card skimmers that steal debit/credit card info. I stopped for fuel but the pump wasn't working, so I pulled my card out and left frustrated. Later when I get home 75 dollars has been charged to my account without my permission. My card says it came from somewhere in morgantown. Since that's the only place I stopped it came from there. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Let me start by saying this is one of the best Pilots in the country because the facility is nice and the staff are constantly working and helpful. BUT this has the absolute worst entrance/exit/fueling design in history. I witnessed a 25 minute gridlock because trucks were lined up from the highway to the entrance and couldn’t get in while the trucks in the lot done fueling couldn’t get out. It was pure insanity and crying on the CB. They don’t have reserved parking which is a plus in my book so I’ll bump em up a star.

I used to stop here regularly, but going to start passing it by. Time & time again they have no breakfast food prepared and all the warmers behind the glass are empty. It wasn't always this way, it used to have lots of food options. Staff are always friendly and helpful but I stop here for fuel & food as 1 stop and go but the food options are disappointing and the only other option there is a Cinnabon. No thanks.

Anytime I'm in the Morgantown area I make a stop at Pilot not only is the store clean and efficient the restrooms are great huge selection of food items as well as convenient items and they have a Cinnabon inside the store which definitely makes the stop worthwhile

So owner operator OTR Truck driver Since 2003. This Pilot was very clean but. Not alot of Parking, Fuel is High, Very under staffed, completely out of coffee, and no one in the back serving food. I drive 600 to 720 miles a day. Food and Coffee is very important.

This is a bit of a smaller location. Not a ton of truck parking. Automotive fuel side only has a handful of pumps and is kind of tight if you're in an RV or pulling a trailer. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Well stocked store.

Decent amount of parking...eight diesel filling spots, Inside was clean they have a Subway and a Mc Donald's among other quick to eat foods like sandwiches. Bathroom was clean, not sure about the showers...drivers lounge. Cashier was friendly and fast with my check out.
