Extremely slow and they act like it takes 2 workers to go in the room instead of them rolling patients in and out in a timely manner. Not all of them are slow but it’s a few that don’t wanna be here obviously

I am a notoriously difficult patient with blood work (tiny veins, pass out, etc). The staff could. It have been more patient and understanding with me.

Terrible customer service!! These ladies that run this office are in great need of customer service training!! I went to pick up some supplies for tests that are to be done at home and then dropped off at a later time. I arrived at 9:30am and there wasn’t anyone at all there to greet customers at the front desk. Finally, about 45 minutes of waiting Julie walks up to the desk looks out into the lobby...says nothing...gets on the phone and walks away. So I wait maybe another 10 minutes (almost and hour now) and she comes back. I walk up to the window to tell her what I need and I’m told “you have to wait a minute, I’m busy”. Finally, when she’s able to help me she says “Now what was it you need”? Bad customer service!! The orders that my doctor has written and given to me clearly states what is needed with all codes marked and available...however they still have trouble reading these orders and I was told they cannot accept any of my testing until clarification from my doctor office. I’m not sure how much more clarity is needed on an order that has all codes, names of testing and all instructions and information needed. My doctor office is not a conventional doctors office. He only has a clinic one night a week as he is a research doctor and he cannot be reached by phone. That’s just not how my doctor runs his office...his practice is very unconventional and I guess people just have a hard time understanding that. However, all that aside. I was treated very badly as a customer. I was talked down to in a very rude manner. I was even referred to as “honey” at one point. I find that very offensive!! I would not recommend using this patient service office as they have no formal customer service training or etiquette.

Getting lab work done is never fun, but if you need it done I highly recommend asking your Dr. For the order and going directly to this office. The ladies who helped us were fast, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond with explaining everything and made my teenage daughter very comfortable. Going direct also saved my family hundreds of dollars.

Quick. They also made sure that my complicated out of state insurance was entered properly to prevent any issue which I've had issues with at other labs
