Hardly a selection not very curious to let me drive 30 minutes setting up a time of 10 am to get car and not be there till after 11. Need more options of car rentals in our immediate area. This place works with my insurance so makes it good that way but for anything else go elsewhere

The worse service.ive ever had . New Martinsville WV branch is the worse place I've ever been to theu are disrespectful. Greedy propel and they will charge ur card 2 weeks after you have done rented and returned there vehicle without ur consent do not rent from these people

they would not let me out no stars or I would a week before my rental of two vehicles I at least talked to 4 different people to make sure everything was straight for my rentals, then on the day of my rental ( leaving that night to go to the beach) they called again and said my wife can not rent both cars and our friend that was driving one could not rent it without a major credit car because she was from out of state... I also found out while talking to customer service that they unforced policies that have not been updated... they told me a second driver if added a major credit card had to be used... policy states a spouse or domestic partner could be second driver without charge... if not there would be a 15 or 30 buck charge per day.... I will be find other rental companies in the future or just take my own car

I've never had a worse experience with a company in.my life . After renting from these people they turn around and 2weeks later recharge my debit card for a 10 day rental I never had

We have rented cars from this location previously and always had exceptional customer service, but last Friday (01/11/19) we had a phenomenal experience. We had called the day before and spoke with Cameron Benson; we needed a certain type of vehicle within a short amount of time and he did a perfect job of getting us what we needed! We requested a van because we needed to utilize the space created when folding down the two rows of seats, and Cameron already had everything ready by 8am the next morning. It’s the little things that count! I would never hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to rent a vehicle. They have great customer service and truly seem to care about their customers. We will be renting from them again when I move into my apartment in the fall.

This is a good place to rent cars in the New Martinsville area. The guy who always does my paperwork is super friendly and accommodating, and quick to solve any issues should there be any. Didn't get a 5 star rating from me simply because twice the cars weren't exactly as clean as I'd have thought they should be inside. Otherwise a good business.

Absolutely a waste of time and terrible customer service. Wrongly charged because there is no communication between staff members. They call me to fix their mistakes and have an attitude on the phone with me when I try to get answers. Say they are going to "fix" the charges. Now my bank account looks like chaos from multiple charges to try and make it right. I will never use Enterprise as a whole again.

Made a reservation a few days ago for this weekend. Find out today they don’t have any vehicles and after calling every location in a 2 hour radius no one else does either. Will be using Hertz from here on out. Don’t waste your time with New Martinsville.

Terrible service. Insurance company reserved a car for me. No car available. Said they would put me in a small truck. Charged me tax on top of insurance allowances. Told me they would switch out on Monday. Monday came. They called me at work. Said they would bring a car and take truck. Did not happen!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Maybe you should change your tagline. "We'll pick you up" seems like kind of a joke right now. I am a mother of 3 that has to crawl across the front seat of my car for another week because there is no way to get a vehicle delivered to me. It seems like staffing is an issue with this company. Only having two available employees seems very careless and unprofessional.
