Expensive compared to other shops drums and rotor replacement they quoted 1,300 dollars almost and i could go to a place in paden city and get it done for a fraction of the cost

The guys here were super helpful. Thought I messed up my tire and was gonna have to spend a couple hundred just to get home since we were traveling from South Carolina but it turned out to be just fine. He took me in the shop and explained everything and was super nice about it. Didn’t charge me for his time either. NTB is always a go-to place when I’m in a pinch. Definitely recommend.

We went down and showed them a video of the engine doing a shake rattle and roll on our sliverado. They immediately said that we were lucky that it happened at home and didn't leave us stranded. It needed a new water pump and there was one left on the shelf! we dropped it off at around noon and they called us at 3:30 it was done, very reasonable labor rate!! really appreciate NTB in New Martinsville! ASTOR UPHOLSTERY AND CANVAS didn't miss a beat today! Thanks!

Thank you to the staff at NTB Tire in New Martinsville West Virginia 4 hooking me up with the Hub Centric rings for my aftermarket rims on my pickup. Peace of Mind on a long journey ahead. Very nice staff and good folks to be around. They will get more of my business in the future.

I purchased new tires and paid for alignment 1 year ago. Recently discovered front tires worn inner sides only, down to the cords exactly symmetrical both tires. Received second opinions from other tire shops today. I am confident the car was not aligned correctly when new tires and alignment purchased. NTB failed to stand behind their work or even walk outside to view the poor work, receipt presented. I was told I need to participate in a regular maintenance program for work to be honored. Maybe that should have been explained one of the 20 times I have used their business? Buyers beware

Great customer service, reasonable prices. I used the NTB online page to set up my tire/oil change appointment, which apparently doesn't communicate well with the local shop's system, but the counter guy worked through it, made sure he had the right info, and the proper services that I wanted. Turned out I needed front brakes as well, (I knew they were getting close) they called to authorize the extra work with an accurate estimate, and got the unexpectedly added job done in minimal added time. I will use this shop again, whenever I need services they offer. Next time I'll call in for the appointment though, to make it easier on them.

Had made an appointment to get rims and tires put on, was in and out of there in 45 min. ! Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable! Defiantly will be heading to THIS NTB for next set of tires!

Have used their services several times. Employees all very courteous and friendly. I was hearing a noise and they checked it out for me. Had my vehicle inspected there. They were ready for me at my appointment time and were done in less than a half hour. The last place I used kept me waiting for an hour. When I needed tires they checked my truck and advised me on which tires would be best for my needs. Great bunch of guys. Also CJ gave my granddaughter a balloon when we were there. Might be a future customer!
