Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Only reason there is not 5 stars is because of an employee named Josh. When we asked for some help, it was like we were disturbing him. Like we were a big inconvenience. It appeared like he was texting on his phone at customer service desk. We had to wait 5 minutes for him to finish. We asked our questionand instead of speaking, he just pointed. I said we were over there and couldn't find what we needed. We hope we never have to ask him for assistance again.

Jay Jay is amazing. He has helped us with all our new equipment. From round bale feeders, log splitters, cattle gates, solar fence chargers, miles of barb wire, cattle crush and electric fence. WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO GET THESE PRODUCTS AT A FAIR PRICE WE WOULDN'T HAVE HAD A CHANCE. All my chickens came from his store also.Which with healthy birds i was able to start our egg business. He helped me when i had problems with my cattle also.He always had the special feed i needed for them to get them back on track. He always makes sure the customer is satisfied. Without Jay Jays help we wouldn't have the growth we have seen in the past 2 years. A great friend who took time out of his busy schedule to attend our fathers funeral. A real stand up guy. Who manages a great store.Mitch and I are very grateful to have such a great guy and a great store to shop. The employees at Tractor Supply were helpful. The complaint I have is there was no one on the sales floor to assist, therefore I had to go to the cashier for help. I should not have to go to the cashier for help when she is checking out people. I walked all over the store trying to find an sales associate. Maybe the three times I was there they were short handed.

The employees at Tractor Supply were helpful. The complaint I have is there was no one on the sales floor to assist, therefore I had to go to the cashier for help. I should not have to go to the cashier for help when she is checking out people. I walked all over the store trying to find an sales associate. Maybe the three times I was there they were short handed.

They have a good assortment of dog toys and other supplies, we love their outdoor furniture, none of the outdoor furniture is made to really be used and left out in the open, it needs to be under a covered porch or deck. My husband gets a lot of screws, bolts, washers, etc here. They have supplies for all kinds of farm animals and pets. They also have a good section of outdoor clothing and jackets as well as bibs, etc. Cowboy boots, work boots. Rain boots for men women and kids.
