Never hesitate to give your car to them. Why ???? I am gona tell you why …. Now after a month I can write my review. That’s the best of the best body shop u deal with. The lady their know how to deal with insurance and with the dealership so I didn’t pay anything, she is the best. The work done in my car is number one of all. I got the car returned new (no one can say it was in accident). Back brand new, perfect job done by the guys there. When needed to be send to dealer for some electric work, they did it so to keep the value of my car. In all it’s the best car service I ever got. Great job jack reed. When a lady ran into my Subaru Mrs. Reed spent hours on the phone getting the insurance information squared away so it would be taken care of. This place is hands down the best place to get your car fixed! I know the first thing people usually think is " Great now I have to go deal with a garage to get my car fixed" and that was my first thought, but my experience with Jack Reed & Son Frame & Body was truly a GREAT! experience. The shop had an awesome family atmosphere, and it was nice that they cared about the situation I was in. The best thing was when they said my car would be done, it was done. I never write reviews, but I wanted to let people know how awesome this place is!!
