I brought my car to get looked at here once for an estimate -- I thought it was outrageous so I shopped around and got my work done elsewhere. Since I hadn't spent any money w them AND because my husband and I were told by Donnie that they give free estimates --- I decided to take my car there for a 2nd time. I showed up and stated that I wanted my air conditioning to be LOOKED AT and then told what my issue was. Donnie took my car and looked -- THEN he performed service THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR to my vehicle then charged me. He did NOT improve or repair anything -- he just made it so the hot air blows even HARDER. I totally feel taken advantage of and with that I won't ever return here. p.s. If you aren't 100 percent knowledgeable about cars -- please have a KNOWLEDGE ADVOCATE with you present AT ALL SERVICING OF YOUR VEHICLE Service: Air conditioning
