You always find what you are looking for but it appears to be a little congested overall

This Kroger is an embarrassment. I come in every single Sunday and 9 times out of 10 there are NEVER any shopping carts inside… they’re all outside in the return areas. Yet I’ll see tons of workers walking around doing nothing. And by the end of my trip (which usually takes about an hour) it still remains empty. Not to mention the complete mess the store always is… stuff in wrong spots… moldy items on shelves, etc. I once saw one of those snack pack cheese cube + nuts items in the fridge that was complete mold. I came back the next week to shop and it was still sitting in there. Disgusting.

Does Kroger proud, the shelves were full of quality foods and the isles were filled with employees that were relaxed and very knowledgeable. The best Kroger I have been too since Marietta, and I am sixty years old and I have seen a lot of things but none better than this

Only 1 Register open and lines clear back to produce.

The staff at the store and most of the pharmacy staff are wonderful BUT THE PHARMACY REFUSES TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES 🤨 For the customer OR doctors offices....🤦♀️😒

[Review updated 12/30, lowered to 1 star] Beware: They do NOT treat closing time the way most stores do! Usually at any other store, the doors are locked on the hour (or 1-2 minutes before), and they keep their registers open for 5 minutes to finish up anyone left inside the store. So if you think you have 10 minutes to shop and try to get in at 11:50... Nope, too bad! But this Kroger's hours are dictated by their store clock, and it is about 6 minutes fast as it is. (Obviously, they don't synchronize it to the official time that most digital devices automatically set to). And if it says they close at 11pm, nope, they close their doors to incoming customers at 11:52pm they said. They were already saying over the loudspeaker that the store WAS closed at (actual) 11:53, and several loudspeaker scoldings eventually threatened they were closing the register at 11:56. I went there expecting that 12 minutes would be enough time to grab what I needed, but nope. You gotta be there 20 minutes early to get 10 minutes of shopping basically. Ridiculous. UPDATE: Well... 1 star, now that I actually had time to shop... Store policy says all employees are supposed to wear masks. I only saw 2 out of 11 who did! All the rest either had none at all, or had them hanging down under their chin, or lowered them to talk (which defeats the whole purpose of protecting us from their breath vapors)! I took the time to thank a worker who actually wore hers properly; I have a compromised immune system, so I'm very likely to catch Covid, & if I do, I'd very likely die from it. The rest of the employees literally do not care if they kill me, you, or anyone else. Seems the same with the customers around here too. None care even with the variants around that bypass vaccines; maybe 15% wore masks, if that. And at one point some lady was hacking and coughing all over the lunchmeat section for upward of 30 seconds (didn't sound like having spit down the wrong tube or anything like that... just plain old sick coughing). Like jeez, if you're feeling like that, stay home! She wasn't even alone, she could've sent the others in... Or gotten pick-up. Which is clearly what I will have to do from now on... at another store where they actually follow their own policies, if any even do. :( You'll see so many American Flags around here... But you sure won't see a lot of people actually care for their fellow Americans, or their country as a whole. Not willing to make the sacrifice of a little cloth on your face to love thy neighbor. :(

there was this old white lady, white hair. I was checking out and the self checkout didn’t get the barcode l. I scanned it again and it said help is on the way. She went up and down the item list, checked the cameras, and was like interrogating me. I’m never going back there again if she is gonna stereotype someone because of their skin. Do better you old hag.

I have very bad anxiety so I avoid going into grocery stores at all possible cost, I’m allowed to bring my dog but I still try to avoid as much as possible. Most of the time I call ahead of time to make sure they have the products I need instead of going on searching everywhere for them and them not having them in me wasting a trip. Because a lot of times they aren’t properly stocked. I called him today to customer service to ask if they had the product in the same woman answered the phone that has the last two times she was significantly rude short and cut me off. She left me on hold so long that the phone started ringing again and somebody in a different department picked it up. Thank God that person was Leslie, Leslie was the nicest person I’ve ever encountered was so patient and kind and friendly all-around helpful. They made sure they found the product I needed even went as far as to bag it up and have it up front so I didn’t have to go through the whole store. Took them two times to find the product but he was so nice and helpful and patient with me. Leslie is the entire definition of good customer service. Kroger should be thankful to have somebody like them on the payroll.
