My grandpa had an issue with their bill payment system. Ron the manager contacted me to resolve it and sounded very caring to the situation and even knew my grandpa by name. It's nice to know a business cares that much about their elderly customers to go above and beyond to fix an issue. Thank you Ron for great service.

Was making coffee and the machine wasn’t working properly and some sprayed out and was spilled. I had every intention of cleaning up the mess. The clerk then proceeded to yell at us “ What are you doing? Should I call the police?” Then talked loudly over my girlfriend. When he finally listened I explained I would clean it up. Before I could explain the machine had a issue he loudly cut me off by telling me “ here is a rag you better clean it up before I fall the cops” I then refused to clean it up because he was disrespecting me. I left but that man shouldent be working in public. My girlfriend is upset because of the way he spoke to us. I’ll be finding away to make sure he doesn’t get to talk like that to people.

The service was quick and very professional. They are a convince store and a small assortment of head shop items combined. They are also the cheapest tobacco and alcohol products you will find in Beckley and the surrounding area. Overall it was a great experience that I wish and hope to enjoy again!

0 stars. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen here in Beckley the guy that is always behind the counter is extremely creepy he tries to look at the card your using tries to look at your ATM pin tries to grab your credit card out of your hand. Extremely long lines, always the store closes early whenever they feel like it. 0 stars!!!

Don't go there you'll stand inline for 5 mins and when it's your turn they will skip right over you. Happened to a lady a couple spots ahead of me also

Best prices on cigarettes around. They beat the other local stores by nearly $20 per carton on the brand I smoke. Well worth the few miles off of the exit to save that kind of money. The parking is always a little crazy and I wish they would expand the lot but they may not be able to get the property. That is the only drawback though.

Large place is very convenient and easy to notice going down Harper Road. A perfect spot for anyone who may be stuck at the hospital looking for things the Kroger’s may not have on the other side of the hospital. They sell lottery tickets and of snacks and drinks. No public restrooms as far as I know.
