I used to have a great experience until this morning when I stopped there to get gas and my coffee drinks. One employee not going to mention names accused me of “yelling” at them yesterday. I didn’t yell at the certain employee. All I have to say don’t be going and telling your boss that I “yelled” at you. As of now I will definitely be getting ahold of corporate and I will be definitely taking my business elsewhere because of you.

Worst thing ever today. I stopped in earlier this evening to get my coffee drinks for the rest of this week. When I placed my drinks on the counter so I could be checked out and go home. The certain employee who had originally complained about me “yelling” at them to their boss handed me a letter from Little General Corporate Office saying, “ Due to your disruptive behavior your no longer allowed on Little General property and that if your to come back on the property the law will be called and you will be arrested.” For one I NEVER had disruptive behavior on the property, for two the certain employee that complained to the boss had always been rude with me, and three I will be filing a grievance against Little General. Little General you have officially lost my business. This is completely uncalled for and very unprofessional behavior by Little General, the boss, and the certain employee who cried saying I “yelled” at them. The restroom for the ladies is never clean. Also certain employee’s are very unprofessional and rude. The store is not very clean.

The regular crew is probably off due to the holidays. These guys working now will cheat you if you're not careful, they got me twice. Make sure you get your receipt. I tried to tell the guy how I was shorted $12 and he threatened calling the police on me. Being a Black I didn't think that would go well for me... This guy will double charge you and I stood and watched him sell beer to a minor. Just asked him his birthday, no ID.... He will double charge you....

To who may concern I'm writing you because I had a bad costumer service experience yesterday afternoon around 415pm " at the BP, 404 3rd Ave, Beckley, WV 25801.Your employees at the cashier the one on the right as you walk through the door. I'm a foreigner guy from " Europe"and I was very nice to ask her I ask how much was a bag of Doritos and she acted like I couldn't speak the language... well, it was very rude and I didn't expect that.. Hope you'll look into this matter otherwise you could lose other costumers. Sincerely, Your regular costumer at BP.
