The manager there is very rude spends most of her time outside smoking or up in the office with 2 other managers gossiping and laugh8ng while everyone else is working.

This is one the better Dollar trees. I only go to a few and this is one of them. It clean, stocked up and decent people work there.

There are several Dollar Tree locations in Kanawha County. Each carries a slightly different choice in things. But they do not carry a lot like I see in other counties. Beckley Dollar Tree for instance is great. I wish they carried a large variety here like they do there.

The staff was great. Kyle was friendly and helpful. When he didn't know the answer, he got Amanda who was acknowledgable and very blunt but honest. Only issue was the "karens" of the area that don't know patience or respect

Staff was very rude including assistant manager, James and store manager Amanda Vanover when called Vanover stated that customers “aren’t anyone special”; Vanover also stated that “she trained them that way” when the subject of rudeness was brought up. Store was also very unclean! I do not recommend this store at all! It’s a shame how customers are treated!

Not my favorite dollar tree. Store is usually a mess. They did recently add a ton of new craft stuff though on the plus side. Also lines to check out usually take 20 mins from only having one cashier.

I can not get over how disgusting this store was. Dirty , unspoken boxes piled everywhere. No excuses they was not very busy and had adleast 4 employees

This particular dollar tree is always dirty and never stocked. They get the new stuff you see on youtube 4 months later. U-carts are always full of product and in the aisles blocking the way. I really wish I lived closer to the one in Hurricane or Teays Valley. Those are SO clean and have all the current stock that the rest of the country has.
