I want to start off by saying I went to the Verizon Store in Kanawha City not only once but twice. The first time was to upgrade our phones. Keep in mind we work. The moment we walked in they ask what we wanted and ask if we could come back in the morning because they was closing in 15 min. So a few weeks later we go back only because we live 3 min away. Try again this time of course it was rush rush trying to get us a phone then they say well our internet is down not only here but it's also all Verizon stores can you come back tomo. By then I was just finished I said let go to the Verizon Store in South Charleston and we didn't know they even stayed open later which is awesome especially if you work. As we get there its about 20 min before they close and when we entered the store Jason was eager to help us. He never once made us feel like we was a bother or we had to hurry because they closing in 20 min and guess what the internet wasn't down he sit with us helped us on our plans got the phones we both wanted... The service and professionalism with Jason was great he went above and beyond and not once did he make us feel like the other store did. So I'm giving this store on Corridor G a 5 star it maybe 20 25 mins away but to get this kinda customer service it well worth the drive..Thank you Jason for everything you did💗

My wife purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max, a case, screen protector and charging accessories. We also purchased new line. We paid over $500 before leaving the store. Today we returned to the store, because the screen protector was coming off the phone (see photo). We spoke to the very same sales rep., (tall, thin, black-haired white guy). He refused to give us a new screen protector unless we paid $20 for a replacement. We refused. The very same person who got a commission from us in January actually got an attitude with us when we refused to pay. My phone is about a year old. In the next year or so, I will be needing a new phone, and I'd like something nice. After all, you only get a new phone every few years, so everyone wants something nice, right? Here's your question: How likely am I to return to this store to purchase a new phone? -Likely -Unlikely -Slim and None I'll give you a hint. Slim is out of town. I will not return to this store again. I am very unhappy with the customer service from this store and I will not recommend it. This store has negatively affected my opinion of Verizon as a corporation. So today's lesson is beCAUSE of a $30 screen protector, this store has EFFECTively lost a potential $1,000 sale within the next 12 months. This is called NEGATIVE IMPACT>
