I find it difficult to give a McDonald's a 4 star rating but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised today. When I pulled in, the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building but surprisingly it moved right along and before I knew it I was back on the road. All three staff members that I interacted with were excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The food was McDonald's... so nothing special but everything was made properly and nothing was missing! Well except for the ketchup that I had asked for, it was missing. Which made me remember my favorite Joe Pesci line from Lethal Weapon 2... And I laughed and laughed.

We stopped in to get dinner while we were traveling back home. The drinks were fine, the fries were fresh, as we had to wait for over five minutes to get our food. When we got them, the chicken nuggets were stale, and my wife's chicken sandwich was not cooked like it should have been. My wife did eat a bit of it, and it made her sick, so she tossed it out the window on I-64.

Clean bathroom before heading home. Packed full inside and drive through so wasn't taking an hour for getting the kid a milkshake. I will give kudos for the employees who show up to work and respect this about them. I can't vouch for the food here bc I do not eat here. This restaurant is always packed and high volume and regardless of how incredibly efficient the employees are, I'm certain the amount of customers non stop is challenging and tiresome ❤

On 06/04/2022 placed an order was told itd be a few mins to pull to front of store. We ordered the big mac bundle and the 2c with lettuce pickles cheese bacon. WELL....drinks were right food was almost right. NO MEAT !!! Called but no answer.

Typically don't really review fast food chains but staff here are super nice. We arrived late night and pretty much only place to eat, they cooked us burger and fried chicken sandwich fresh.

Drive thru was packed so went in to order people were scattered no one was taking orders 8 orders on screen could only see one person in kitchen stood there for a bout 5 mins and walked out

When my brother and I wanted a coffee after we had left The Greenbriar and were en route to Charleston, we stopped at this McDonald's. Since it was a Sunday morning, it was quiet and not busy. This place is standard and clean. I have never seen such a tall outdoor McDonald's sign as the one at this location. It seemed to be at least 150 feet tall.

Food was good, order was accurate, location was clean and the staff was friendly. Not a mindblowing experience but okay for a Mcdonalds.
