I stopped the first time to help my son with his debit card. After a long wait, the clerk could not help. My husband stopped by today (Labor Day Weekend Saturday) to be greeted by one of the rudest clerks ever. The clerk walked away from giving proper customer service. If you look at their appointment calendar, their lobby is not open much during the month of September. Sad to see how big banks treat customers and how rude clerks can be.

I would not recommend US Bank to anyone. I deposited a check I didnt know had a stop payment on & was treated like a criminal . I hadnt even tried to withdraw the money. My account was locked out. I couldn't get my funds in my account for over 2 weeks. Calls not returned to me etc. Then they forced my account closed due to that one check. When I went to get the money they handed me a check. When I asked to cash it they said you dont have an account here. I said OMG you closed my account. Teller said it would cost me $7.00 to cash check of money taken from them closing my account. US BANK IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ! I worked in banking fir years & their policies & fees are the absolute worst.
