The customer service here is the best. I bought a Thule here last year which I had never used until last weekend. It turns out the Thule had issues with the lock and it was stuck on my roof rack! They got it off (I think by magic and positive thinking) and just gave me a new one. Thank goodness as I never wanted to see that cursed Thule ever again. I highly recommend them.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff here, helped me picked out the right components for a bike upgrade I was doing myself. They seemed pretty busy, but found the time to check on me and follow-up while walking around the store. The staff has experiential knowledge as well which goes a long way when doing bike repair and bike maintenance.

I went here to get some snowboard boots, and the service was great. They were super helpful with boot fitting, and they have a great selection of boards - even for me, and I'm 5'4". I needed a size 8 boot, and they only had a 9. I called Moda 3 in Milwaukee, and they did have the right size. Instead of trying to sell me on the boot that was a size too big, they encouraged me to check out Moda to get the right boot. I will be back here for sure!!!
