Extremely friendly and helpful staff here, helped me picked out the right components for a bike upgrade I was doing myself. They seemed pretty busy, but found the time to check on me and follow-up while walking around the store. The staff has experiential knowledge as well which goes a long way when doing bike repair and bike maintenance. ~Max
