Service was great. If you are looking for authentic-ish Mexican food, this is not it. American food was good. Mexican food was very Americanized and not good. Exceptional service. 3 stars for that

While on our annual summer 2022 vacation, ate here with my family, and the food was delicious! I ordered the steak and gorgonzola salad: the steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the gorgonzola was very creamy. My wife's fish taco platter was also very flavorful and cooked to perfection. When you go, plan on ordering dessert: the homemade cheesecakes and lemon-blueberry pie are sublime!!!

What a great meal. Everything from the salsa and chips to the main entrees was excellent. Not only was the food top notch but the place was immaculately clean. A great experience.

Food was very bland and not seasoned well. Portions are very large, though so if the food was good that would be great. Unfortunately, none of us took the leftovers home. We also got cheese curds that were fried way too long and the cheese completely came out of them so it was just fried, dry, dough. Which was a shame for Wisconsin. Server was very friendly! Maybe we'll give them another try.

Normally I try to avoid eating at places with owners that leave combative responses to reviews, however. There were soo many great reviews I decided to give it a try. I didn't eat there. The doors were unlocked, the open sign was on, lights were on, it was around 7:15. I paused to read the sign on the door (paraphrase) the service may suck as we cannot employ skilled resturaunt laborers. I'm not upset, and the gentleman that turned me away and locked the doors was nice as he explained it was slow, however, your only open a few hours a day as it is. Where are all the people that love the food soo much they leave rave reviews? Yes the weather was bad, 50 degrees, damp roads and foggy. I'm also a bit confounded after looking at online google menu. Who charges extra for red sauce on the enchiladas? My final thought is that google led menu is huge. How are they sustaining that much fresh product with such little revenue comming through the door?

We were passing through and saw freddy's from the highway and decided to stop. Our first impression was that of confusion as to the seating situation. You have to first stop at the bar and get a number and menus. Than you sit in kind of a staging area while you wait for your sever to come and take your order(help yourself to chips and salsa while you wait). A little later, the server will take you to the dining area to wait for your food. We were a little put off at first, but the food was delicious,the ambiance was nice and the staff was super friendly. Besides the strange seating arraignments, I thought the prices were a bit high for the type of food($38 for 2 meals and 2 cans of coke), and they do not have drink refills. All in all we did enjoy our experience and might stop in again if we are in the area.
