The patio was nice after the sun went down. We should have eaten from the menu that was provided outside. The steak sandwich looked bomb. Unfortunately we went inside. Super high prices, I'm guessing because of the location. We stuck to some appetizers, just okay. Our waitress was friendly and eager to please. But I do have to say that the view from across the street was unbelievable!

This place looks outdated and stale. Also, it's extremely over-priced. I'm pretty sure it's only in business because it has very little competition and can charge whatever price they feel like. For the amount we paid per person the food was underwhelming in flavor, preparation and not plated very well. If a place is going to offer high end dishes with high end prices they should be plated and prepared accordingly. I felt sad for the dried up over cooked animals they plopped in front of us.

Nicely remodel since my last visit years ago. Use to be the Fireside, River View, and Tower before that. Lost the old time feeling of a back county lounge and restaurant for locals. Dinning pricing is on the very high side. Fast, friendly service.

I had the Ribeye steak sandwich and it was awesome along with the gumbo soup. Hospitality was on point. Extremely clean and cozy environment. Good for kids and a quiet meal. Easy to find parking was easy as well.

Chicken parmesan was delicious, took half home. You are in luck if you visit when they have the White fish special. Recommend the pan fried method, such a delicate flavor, absolutely wonderful and again a very generous portion. For a lighter meal try the thin crust pizza. It is a popular place so best to get a reservation.

Beautiful location near the lake. Local brews available. Great food and service. Homemade key lime pie for dessert. Loved it!

Anglers never disappoints. I have enjoyed Angler several times and enjoy the service, setting, menu and view of the lake. This is definitely a big step up for Northern Wisconsin dining. I enjoyed the fish sandwich with a side of their homemade gumbo. Both were delicious.
