Bought a store pick knob creek, didn't notice they charged me $65 until I got to my car. As you can see, they have it on the shelf for $34.99.

Made a 20.00 purchase and ask if they could break a 20.00 down ( 2 x 5.00 and a 10.00). Worker response was “ what am I a bank. “ Really??? I did make a purchase , that is beyond rude. There’s other places to buy beer. I won’t bother you again

My experience has always been very friendly staff, great beer selection. They always have what we want or are looking for, from Metallica's Blackened whiskey, to Pink Whitney's, to the old reliable Jack Daniels and friends. Just bought a green 30 pack of Busch Light to support the farmers while getting to enjoy one of my top three refreshments (coffee black and H2O are the other two).

Called first to see if they carried an item. The male that answered sounded like I had just woken him up in the middle of the night. When I asked if they carried the product I was looking for, he made a big sigh and rudely responded, "Hold on, I'll go check but we're really busy here." My. Bad. Frankly, I don't give a damn. If you're busy, politely ask the caller to hold, do what you need to do and then get back to me. Jerk.

Cashier picked on me for purchasing a 6pk of beer on a Monday. It was really uncomfortable and seemed pretty sexist. I doubt he would have done this to a man. Good selection of beer. I’ll try to avoid this place after my experience with the cashier.

Poor customer service. I stopped in to get beer. The cashier was talking to another customer about a beer tent. I couldn't find what I wanted. I went to the counter and felt like an invisible Man. She didn't acknowledge my existence. She didn't stop talking about the beer tent. As I walked out of the store she continued to talk. 6-25-18

Ok selection but frequently the beer is more expensive than Bill’s grocery store 200yds away for like items and stay away from any of their Sierra Nevada brews. 9/10 times they are over 10mo old and the beer has gone bad. Hell, they currently have celebration ale from November of 2017 at full retail?! Complaining does nothing as they blame Sierra Nevada rep but seem to be only liquor store with old beer around. Same is true with lagunitas. Disappointed. Only worth going here for hard liquor.

Zero stars actually. Spoke with owner by phone to order keg and was told there was a deposit but no charge for tap and tub. Arrived day of party to get keg and was told the deposit was $100 cash only. Had to go to the ATM. When I get back he tells me about the fee for the tap and tub. When I explained I was told there was no fee he threatened to not sell the keg to me. Clerk reluctantly waived the tap/tub fee. Not friendly. Not courteous. Won't be back, ever.
