I really don't want to write a review of this nature but I have to do it because it's just gotten to the point where I have to. And I'm sorry to the employee I'll be talking about here, but I can't take it anymore. There is an employee here who wears way too much perfume. And I don't want to be mean about it, but to that woman I would say: try to look at this from the perspective of someone who walks into the store and doesn't like the smell. It assails my nostrils the second I walk in; no matter where I go in the store I can smell it, and being at the register with her is like being choked in a cloud. I am sorry to have to say this in a google review, but that is too much perfume. And I usually have it so burned into my senses that I can smell it for hours afterwards (it's happening now). Either way the problem is solved because I will be super embarrassed to show my face in this store again any time soon after having written this.

This Kwik Trip use to be pretty good. However, at 10:50pm if not maybe a little after 11pm me and 2 other friends arrived at to eat since we barely had anything that day, the chicken sandwhich was not taken off the shelf when it was suppose to be. 3 people have food poisoning and I’m the one who took the wrappers and proof of food poisoning and all I get is a $10 gift card and told that it probably didn’t exactly come from them? My boyfriend use to work at kwik trip. Please explain why your night shifters weren’t doing their job and making sure the food was taken off the hot shelf 5 min prior to the time it’s suppose to. And no, my food at home wouldn’t give me food poisoning if that was the case my friends wouldn’t be sick either. I’ll be contacting the big wigs of kwik trip of this incident. To add: The store lead was rude - I would like to be contacted by somebody from Kwik trip corporate.

I don’t write negative reviews unless the experience is truly horrible. I love kwik trip, every one but 20th st. The store manager needs to go. More than once I have brought it to her attention that the store was a mess, hot food still out way past the sticker time, coffee buzzer going off with no one addressing it. there were fruit flies on the donuts one time, that was nasty. I get that it is a busy location. Every time I have talked to her she has brushed it off and walked in back. 20th is the worst kwik trip I’ve ever been to. Pull it together and hire a new manager. Gross. Unacceptable.

Car wash dryer on the left side was not even there to dry off the car and they still bother to keep taking people's money instead of shutting the car wash down. What a joke, embarrassing for such a great gas station company.

Extreamly unhappy with how I was treated by a off the clock KT employee. i was pulling into KT from oregon st and was happy to see there was a spot available close to the door! the corner spot right next to the handicap spot. being 7 months pregnant I do my best to avoid walking far in the ice and snow because i have suffered a terrible fall last month that put me in the ER. as I was approaching the spot and about to turn in.. a larger older dark colored SUV came out from behind KT I assume coming from the entrance via Lake Aire and zoomed in and took the spot. I was utterly shocked, I had my blinker on and everything so I dont think there was any excuse. after she left her SUV it was a younger white woman in skin tight pants, sporting a KT logo black jacket. She said hello to every employee in the store before screaming "hi Rachel" across the store to the back area. I am super unhappy with this and will be contacting corporate office in hope of identifying this employee.

I love this location along with all locations, but I find it ridiculous how I have to say "No bag" almost immediately, even if i have one or two small items that are already in it's own packaging. We should be pushing towards no bags, especially when it's completely unnecessary.

Kwik Trip has so much to offer at such great deals too... They have everything from what the usual gas station offers to cheap milk, quick snack/meal options, bread, bananas, potatoes, onions, and the meats they now offer are really good @ great prices! The staff is always super friendly n helpful too! So why bother going somewhere else when you can get so many things all in one visit to Kwik Trip!?

I love Kwik Trip stores. Super friendly employees. Plenty of clerks at the register so you dont have a long wait in line. Love all of their hot food, except the garlic herb chicken sandwich. Their grocery selction is excellent considering they are a C-store. Their rewards card is pretty good too. Im here twice a day during the week

I am on crutches and had to stop to put gas in my van. While I was pumping the gas an employee came out to see if I needed any help and when I went into the store the employees ran around and picked up what I needed and brought it to the check out for me. In the two and a half months that I have been on crutches this is the first place where the employees went out of their way to help me. I wish I would have gotten their names. What a wonderful experience. Thank you.
