I had a very pleasant experience for my short visit here to mail two Priority envelopes. While I was filling out a few forms I heard friendly interactions with other customers. I was there about 10 minutes prior to closing and they were very efficient and I did not feel rushed at all. No complaints here!

I don’t know what’s goin on.. but my grandmother sent out my birthday card Tuesday May 18 and it’s now May 24th where is it?? The different person who ever does the mail across town keeps messing up I’ve noticed. And other people get my mail or I get their mail. Very frustrating

I didn’t catch his name but my poor grandmother was yelled at by an employee here. She was in a car accident last month and was unable to go downstairs and grab her mail, so the mailbox got too full and I had to bring her here. Not the man behind the counter but I believe someone who sorts out the mail yelled at her saying she either needs to get a bigger mailbox or grab her mail, and that it’s not his job to sort out her mail! I didn’t have time to react but you’re the post office! Your job is to sort the mail! Disgusting behavior especially when yelling at an old woman with a back brace and a walker who gave you absolutely no attitude whatsoever! Highly disappointed and disgusted.

If there was a ZERO, that would represent my view. Especially as of late, packages are “out for delivery” for days! I’m still waiting for one today!! Don’t pay for expedited shipping...it is simply not going to happen with Reedsburg USPS!! The neighbors mail is always in my box. There is a frequent rollover of carriers....makes ya go hmmm?

Would give 0 stars if allowed. AWFUL customer service. Older man at front desk is Super rude and acted like I was a criminal for simply coming there to check if my missing mail was stolen from my mail box or brought back to the post office. Get it together or don’t work here maybe.

RUDE. Even after directly contacting the Reedsburg Post Office multiple times, it took filing an issue with the USPS online before anybody was actually able to help me. If you can avoid dealing with this specific post office, do so.

If I could leave 0 as a rating, I would. I have had multiple issues with a gentleman named Duane (not sure if that is how it is spelled). The customer service I have received from this particular post office worker has been horrendous. I called and asked the about the process of my mail being held, he instructed me to go online and complete the process there. I have since been having mail STILL delivered to my address (Birthday gifts and Christmas gifts that are too large to fit in a mailbox). I specifically wanted my mail held due to the fact that I wouldn't be able to get it from my front door within timely manner (afraid of someone stealing my packages out front my apartment door) and my lock being difficult to open. I have called multiple times expressing my concern and am interrupted by him saying "yeah yeah yeah". Now, I went to the post office where the front clerk could still not find the few pieces of mail they did in fact hold. While I'm standing at the counter with multiple people behind me, Duane is yelling from the back room, behind wall, stating how this is still my fault (keep in mind, I followed all the instructions he told me to follow on the phone to prevent this from happening). I was humiliated. His customer service skills are 100% inadequate for dealing with the public, and disrespectful in general. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to receive the respect as a customer that you deserve.

This post office is awful! I'm filing a complaint with USPS. I haven't gotten my mail in over a week. Including medications that are shipped to us!! I called and asked about it and was told by the person answering the phone that she couldn't help and needed to call back tomorrow. So called the next day, next lady I talked to was helpful. She said our mailbox was blocked by snow, which who's isn't right now with the ridiculous amount of snow! So she suggested I stop to pick up my mail after work to ensure i get my packages. So I stop in and the man at the counter was very rude when I asked why my packages couldn't be delivered because they wouldn't fit in my mailbox anyway. All he did was holler across the building to the post master who was also rude when I asked him the same question! If I could leave zero stars I would! Every time I am in there as a paying customer or otherwise they are nothing but rude!!!!

Dan was AMAZING! The last few times I have called or came in to inquire about a package I often get a rather rude lady, who, even when I say I do have the tracking info, would say "those things lie, threy are hardly ever right just wait till it shows up on your door step." Or get told "I don't have time for this." "did you call yesterday about it? Well it's probably on the truck, I can't look right now". This time I was able to speak to Dan when I called and he was Beyond polite, so helpful and positive. When the first number was given and was not correct he didn't get upset, we tried again then realized it was FedEx number. He said the truck was just there and they hadn't scanned anything just yet but he asked for my info and said he would call after. He was so kind. It was so nice to have someone be so polite there. The 5 stars are for Dan! Thanks Dan for being so kind and helpful and patient.

This is the most careless postal service I have ever dealt with. Just this last Thursday another misfortune happened because of their carelessness, so now totaling now over 10 times they have been careless with my mail. This particular time is my last straw. I had a package being sent me by a dear friend full of stuff for my 3 year old daughter. This specific mail carrier goes to drop off said box only to find that the 2 places to place the box into that can be locked with the key have their keys missing. Instead of leaving a note in my mail slot; as they should done and to come pick this box up from the post office, takes it upon herself to just leave the box on top of where over 50 people get their mail and 100's have access to. Only to then have this box then stolen by whoever was awful enough to steal someone else's mail. Upon calling this company they even admit that this mail carrier even contemplated just walking this box right across the street from where she was to leave it on my porch but this was "not their protocol", and then admit no wrong doing on their part for this stolen package. That all I can do is to notify the police who won't be able to do a thing about their carelessness. A little more thought on their part could have avoided this whole situatuon. I hope they see the errors of their ways and this employee has repercussions for her actions. Maybe next time someone is being sent something and they find themselves in a similar situation they do the right thing and just leave a note to come pick it up from the post office, as I would have gladly done.
