Forest River Mini Lite travel trailer in for repairs; very happy with the work done. Took some time to get the parts in but they kept me up to date on what was going on. Ready when they said to pick it up.

If you want a nice used camper at a great price you need to visit here. Ask for Lindsey, she is sweet and does the ultimate best to find you exactly what you need. Oh, they have great popcorn.

We drove up to specifically see a few RV's in their inventory. We were budgeting up to $100,000. We waited over an hour for a sales person, to be told "in a bit ", another 10 mins etc etc. After another 30 min wait we decided to leave. Surprisingly as soon as we stated that we were leaving, a sales rep finally came out. Too little too late, sorry Camping World you have lost our business. BTW the receptionist Michelle was absolutely devine, super helpful and very very courteous.

Absolutely zero customer service unless you're trying to spend a small fortune on a camper. I walked around in the camping section for 30 minutes and the place was like a ghost town every once in awhile an employee would walk by you not even look at you. Went to the checkout nobody at any of the cash registers about six people eight yards away from me by the RV sale counter completely ignored me. After 15 minutes one of them yelled over that someone would be there to help me, another 10 minutes later someone finally showed up. This place is a joke we need a hunting fishing store in central Wisconsin

Lance was an awesome salesman! No pressure, very laid back & personable. Answered all of our questions. We are first time buyers, so we had A Lot!! The whole crew at Camping World of Rothschild is awesome! All very friendly & welcoming. After our purchase we met with Kylie who gave us a detailed walk through of our camper. Between her & Lance we left feeling confident & ready to camp!!!

Had multiple times working with Mike S. And I couldn’t say enough good things about him. Mike makes the shopping experience worth it. He went out of his way to search out a part and replacement and a few times looked into different items for me. Mike and Paul are great employees and enjoy dealing with them. Highly recommended working with Mike and Paul.

Awesome service! Doc helped us through the process of purchasing our first camper. He was patient, showed us quite a few different campers based off of our needs and was very attentive to what was most important to us. He was very personable, and knowledgeable to all aspects of the essential details that make up the camping experience. Once we found the camper that was perfect for us, a warm introduction was made to Justin, who also shared the same attentiveness and professionalism as Doc had as well. There is quite a variety of inventory to browse through as well, which helps give you a more of an idea of what the possibilities are when choosing your first camper, or for when it is time for an upgrade. I highly recommend giving these guys a call for your next camper, you will be given the best quality service around, and there is no pressure either which is very important from a customer stand point. You won’t be disappointed!

Lance and Justin were awesome! The only complaint would be that they didn't clean the travel trailer before giving it to me. Floors were dirty from all the people that have walked into this trailer in the show room.
