Went there Friday and OMG THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND DIRTY CHAIRS LOOKS THEY BEEN WALK ON JUST NASTY HOLES IN THE WALLS WIRING HANGING SEALING GOT HOLES BUT I HAD NO CHOICE EVERY OTHER SHOP WAS CROWED ...🤮🤮🤮NEVER NO MORE

I patiently waited an hour for lashes and eyebrows. I saw Kelly start on someone that came a good while after me so I went 2 tell her. She tells me that lashes have to wait about 15 more minutes so I left. I thought it was 1st come 1st serve but it's cool I will not be returning EVER for no type of service! Customer service is HORRIBLE!

I have been going to this nail salon on and off since 2006. I would go often but they are always busy. I remember when Kelly first did my nails, boy I was in love with the perfection in every detail. I like that their prices are reasonable too.

When I tell you Horrible I mean Horrible my nails are off and it only been 1 week. I do no hard labor/work, their services are very poor to say their price is that high. They usually be great but I don’t know what happened. I always go here but will not be back. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Usually my favorite nail shop in the city but I don't know what's been going on with them my nails look amazing but they only lasted one week instead of two before they begin to lift haven't did any hard labor to cus this issue so it must be the products they been using or the nail tech rushing to finish the process but I don't appreciate it one bit for a full set services I normally could keep them two weeks plus however I did like my designs outcome all but one but I was able to add diamonds to it to satisfy me it I don't know if I return here I'll be sure to try a new tech in hopes for better results

I’ve patronized this shop for over a year and I’ll no longer do so. Got a gel refill on Wednesday, my polish began peeling on several nails the same day! In addition, The acrylic chipped on one of my nails. I told the tech doing my nails that the timer was going off way too fast, which is why the acrylic eventually peeled. Returned on Thursday, had my polish reapplied, was sat at THE SAME DRYER that was going off too quickly, once again not thoroughly drying my nails. It’s Sunday, and almost every nail has peeled polish. A waste of 30 dollars.

I received a full set at Hollywood Nails in New Orleans East. The nail tech was either high or sleepy. The nail tech nicked almost every one of my fingers. I let the owner know what happened. He was falling asleep while he was doing my nails. I had to wake him up several times. The owner asked me why I let him continue to finish my nails. I should have asked her why she hired him. She took $3 off the totally price of my nails and made the Nail Tech leave. I will never return to any of the Hollywood Nails. I spend between $40-$60 every two weeks on my nails.

I always love my nails from here...just need them to make sure all techs groom the finished project better, the rough spots or the under the nails after all is done. 5 stars no less
