I cannot overstate how great my experience has been here. Two years ago, I brought in a beyond-fixing Evinrude. A couple weeks later bought a boat with motor from him. Mack's fixed my 1959 5-1/2 HP Johnson motor and did a gas tank overhaul; it has never ran better. Part's are out there but hard to find; no problem for Mack's. They are experts at getting parts and fixing these classic motors. I inherited this motor from my wife's side of the family (great-great grandpa) and have enjoyed fishing with it; stopped working a couple of years ago. Very happy to have it back up an running and can't help but think that there is someone smiling down from up above; glad to see their boat and motor are still being used. These guys are busy year long. Call weeks in advance for routine services / maintenance. They're booked, because they are great at what they do and offer excellent pricing. If you have an older boat motor, this is the place in all of SE WI. They have serviced my '83 MERC for years and I'll have more years of fun because of them. Nothing Wrong Here! The service department under took the task of repairing a 90 hp Mercury outboard motor. The service department went beyond just the necessary quoted repairs at no additional cost. They also completed the repairs sooner than the time agreed upon. I was very happy and satisfied with their work and would strongly recommend their business to anyone.

Terrible experience with the owner here, worst customer service ever! I purchased a boat and they had mounted the motor incorrectly. He said he was willing to remount it and I booked an appointment out 3 weeks. I was under the impression that he was doing it free of charge and I traveled over an hour to get there. He lost it on me! Total misunderstanding and I would have been willing to pay for it but he was so rude to me that I was willing to go somewhere else and wait another 3 weeks. Customer service is completely lacking. Can’t call someone a yahoo and a liar and expect to stay in business. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
