Never have had a good experience here. The last time I went to this location I ordered using the app. I got there 5 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even start the order. I said ok I’ll wait. They began making the sandwiches and I stopped them because they put the wrong meat on the sandwich. They said they would fix it and when I turned away they just wrapped the sandwich anyways and didn’t make another. I got home and noticed all of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. I reached out to the management. I requested a refund for the entire order. They offered a gift card instead, for not even half of what I paid. Don’t go to this location if you can avoid it.

I'm tired of all these restaurants restricting their discount offers to an app or online. Making it difficult for older people to receive the discounts. Some don't know or like using apps. I feel this is a form discrimination.

Placed an order on line for pickup. Poor quality, bread was dry, who ever made my sandwich forgot some of the toppings and dressing. This is the second bad sandwich I got from this location. I have never gotten a bad sandwich from other locations. I think the people working here need to get there act together.

I stopped in to get takeout for lunch today, 11/2/2021 around 11:30am. It was the best experience that I have had at a Subway. The place was spotless clean and both ladies were very friendly. One seemed to be the manager and the other seemed to be training and they worked great with eachother. My sandwich was delicious, thank you!

My sandwiches very good but my sister had a issue with hers over charged for a tuna sub and they did not have alot of veggies and the ones they had were not fresh

Ordered a deluxe foot long. Lots of meat, and they let me control the portions of the toppings. This particular Subway could stand to keep chip bags stocked more and have full drink options on the secondary lemonade machine. Otherwise sandwiches are great.

Ordered from the Rawson Ave Subway online. Order was confirmed, money taken from my account and an order will be by time. Arrived to pick up order and the store was closed. Store sign and on website said store closes at 9 pm. Placed order at 8:05 pm. Employee came to door and said they stop taking orders an hour before closing and clean up so they can be home by closing time. Absolutely unacceptable. I have to wait for a refund now.
