Had fast response to my inquiry via email to rent a 40 foot gooseneck. All our questions were answered and 40 foot trailer provided. Worked perfect to haul jeep and cargo trailer to Seattle without any problems. Great customer service and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Highly recommend.

I rented a 40ft gooseneck trailer that was not safe for the road or DOT compliant. No-one even took a second to look it over before it was rented to me. Within 30 minutes of my trip we kept blowing the running light fuse on my truck. i walked around the trailer and noticed a light out, crawled under it and sure enough the wires were ripped out and shorting on the frame when the wind blew them back. i just snipped them clean and that resolved the issue for now. The second and more major issue is that we noticed the trailer brakes did not work at all, i again crawled under the trailer and found that the right side brakes are not even hooked up and you can see the wires coming out of the axle rubbing on the wheel. the left side had been doing all the breaking for so long that it was worn out and couldn't even hold the truck in drive. I called Robert at T and T and he claimed the trailer was perfect when it left and i must have hit a corner with the trailers and ripped the light wire out even though you can see from the copper corrosion that it has been this way for a long time. the brakes are my fault too even though there are no wires even run to the right side. Unbelievable response. Just like their trailer didn't even bother to look into my issue just brushed it off.

Walked in and helped immediately. Looked at the trailer, Gave them the money. They helped hook it up. Went on my way with the trailer and all necessary paperwork. Friendly, Fast and efficient sale.

Get everything in writing do not take the word of this rental company rented trailer with wheel chocks missing part was a good price! But after a call to see about missing part was told will be deducted when returned NOT so get it all on paper if your told one thing it may change if not on paper NEVER EXPECT HONESTY it is only 50. Bucks but if they say it stand behind it

Ordered a premier shed from these guys last February. Michelle was awesome with getting all our questions answered and helped us build a awesome shed for our seasonal site. We have people coming up to us all the time asking about it. I rented a 7X14 enclosed trailer from them. All the employees I talked to were helpful and friendly. The location is also convenient just off the highway. It took about three minutes to book with them over the phone and I was hooked up and out of the yard just as quickly. The rental prices are better then UHaul. Will rent again from them if I need another trailer.
